App has logged me out. Tried to change password numerous times but it just says to try again later.
Latest app update no good
We bought a second camera with the arrival of our second child as we found the platform and performance quite good. Some key features we used regularly now require a hefty subscription fee since the new app update. If we had’ve known this would be the case, we would have changed brands.
Each update seems to make performance worse. Connection seems to be more difficult with constant buffering. It is almost unusable.
Edit: it is unusable. Whenever we need to look at it it’s always buffering, never loads and needs unplugging and plugging back in.
It’s going in the bin!

Rarely loads fast and there’s a huge delay in and off wifi
Really disappointed in this product and unsure as to why it’s been so successful for others. The load time can take me 4-5 times of closing and reopening the app. The Home Screen also prioritises upsells when your babies needs are the only thing that matter.

Das Bild bricht immer wieder ab, trotz stabiler Internetverbindung. Dementsprechend erfüllt das Babyphone nicht seinen Zweck. Auch das Update kann nicht aktualisiert werden. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Rausgeschmissenes Geld.
Dont Buy This Camera
Horrible, you need a subscription to use the features. You pay $200 for the Camera, cannot even connect to wifi properly. What a WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BUY.
