Most of the time it doesn’t connect
More often than not I cannot connect to the baby monitor. WiFi is strong around the house. When it connects it has no issues. Kinda makes the product useless though when I can only use it every other night at best
Continually declines
Got this over two years ago. Started out reliable but, similarly to what others have said, the UI changes have gotten worse and worse. One of the features I loved is no longer available or if it is, I’ve tried my best to find it and can’t find it. When we open the app, the camera takes an unreasonable amount of time to load if it even loads at all (it often doesn’t). We keep the sound on the device using the app off because we get a nonstop clicking sound, which we read has something to do with the camera shuttering in the dark (but it’s always in the dark when we are actively using it… because our little one is sleeping!) I’ve just decided it’s time to get rid of this one and start looking for something new.

Worst camera ever
The microphone button almost never works . Useless , a 10£ camera works better
Logged out
App has logged me out. Tried to change password numerous times but it just says to try again later.
Latest app update no good
We bought a second camera with the arrival of our second child as we found the platform and performance quite good. Some key features we used regularly now require a hefty subscription fee since the new app update. If we had’ve known this would be the case, we would have changed brands.
Each update seems to make performance worse. Connection seems to be more difficult with constant buffering. It is almost unusable.
Edit: it is unusable. Whenever we need to look at it it’s always buffering, never loads and needs unplugging and plugging back in.
