Very poor
Constantly having to reset it by bringing the cameras close to the router. Extremely difficult to bring with you on the road and connect to any other router if you don’t have access to the password or the actual device. very poor customer service
Lollipop camera
Had about 4 different types of cameras and always go back to this one! It’s my favorite and it’s so easy to use! Love the app features! You can do so many things on the app depending on your subscription, even if you don’t have one! Quality is amazing! And it lasted so many years!!
Most of the time it doesn’t connect
More often than not I cannot connect to the baby monitor. WiFi is strong around the house. When it connects it has no issues. Kinda makes the product useless though when I can only use it every other night at best
Continually declines
Got this over two years ago. Started out reliable but, similarly to what others have said, the UI changes have gotten worse and worse. One of the features I loved is no longer available or if it is, I’ve tried my best to find it and can’t find it. When we open the app, the camera takes an unreasonable amount of time to load if it even loads at all (it often doesn’t). We keep the sound on the device using the app off because we get a nonstop clicking sound, which we read has something to do with the camera shuttering in the dark (but it’s always in the dark when we are actively using it… because our little one is sleeping!) I’ve just decided it’s time to get rid of this one and start looking for something new.

The microphone button almost never works . Useless , a 10£ camera works better
