App is pointless for US Customers
I came to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issues and it seems EVERYONE (All US customers) have been experiencing the same thing.. It would be nice for US customers to have complete access to the app.. Will be uninstalling and going back to the Web..
Won’t let me sign in
I love this store but It will not let me sign In! I have two emails and neither work nor does it allow me to reset. I don't receive the email to let me reset and I have checked junk mail and also blocked list and their not there either, I do however receive newsletter emails! I can only purchase through website and Klarna and can’t use discount codes because you need to be signed in! So for this I can only give two stars. Ordering is stressful due to this issue! Also. Considering this shop is for tall people the arms on most tops are not long enough!

Delivery charges
It is advertised that you can receive free delivery if using the app. However if using Apple Pay through the app, it will automatically assume you want faster delivery costing £3.99. There is no way to change this delivery option. Therefore the only way the get the free delivery is to check out manually. It certainly feels like they are hoping no one notices the added delivery charge when using Apple Pay.
