Pointless
App has stopped allowing us to watch videos of motion detected. It is now pointless for us to have these as we wonβt be able to look back and watch if something where to occur on them.
App is not good
Cameras will not connect to phone or iPad a lot, the app needs a major overhaul and update the cameraβs record but canβt playback the recordings. This app needs a major overhaul and fix asap!
No support
App worked fine for a year or so then just stopped connecting to cameras. Tried reinstalling and different iPhones but it didnβt help. Reached out for support a few times and no response.
THE WORST APP
Do not download this app for your camera. When there's a problem, nobody responds to you. All of a sudden my live streaming stopped and I reinstalled it and I've done everything I possibly can and still it won't come back. It is the absolutely worst app ever.
Camera will not work if updated
After a firmware update camera will not work. Someone needs to sort this. Thatβs why Iβm not paying for cloud service. The units are useless on updates from the app. Very disappointed
