No comment/dms available

I have all the noti’s checkmarked & on, I don’t get any of them. Only works from the web. I can’t even view comments/messages from the app. :(

Amazing tool

Love Loomly

App is Broken

Currently it’s just sending it back to safari

Don’t use the app

The app no longer allows you to scroll through your photos that are saved in the app. Making it useless for our business. Wouldn’t recommend. Their support won’t help either.

More expensive and does less

All the posts I have been making with links bounce back and I have to manually post them to Facebook. Also, having issues now posting to Instagram where it is manually making me post those as well. Tell me what’s the point of even using loom if I have to post everything myself?

So easy to use

I tried Hootsuite in the past and gave up as I couldn’t manage it. I’m a one man band and don’t have the luxury of people managing my social media platforms. This is why Loomly is so convenient for me. It was recommended to me on a course that I took and it is so easy to use. It now connects with Canva, which is really great as I can export the images straight over. It’s very well priced and I recommend it to anybody using and scheduling their social media posts.

Minor login issue

App is good but keeps logging me out

Persistent app log out issues

At this point the logout issues have just become too annoying to deal with; my team is currently looking at switching to HootSuite. I really wanted had good hopes for Loomly, but between this issue and the issue on the computer of trying to actually get clear details as to why something has not been published, seems to be nearly impossible. Hope they can sort it before we make our switch end of month, but doubtful. :-/

Couldn’t sign up

I’d LOVE to try the app out but no sign up button I tried “forgot password” I don’t see an email and I can’t create an account :) I won’t waste my time further with this app goodbye

Needs attention

I love the desktop version of Loomly, and I have no complaints there. But the app is a different story, it needs a lot of attention. The main thing, is that I have to login every single time I go to use the app. I’m pretty sure this is a simple fix, will happily change my review once this is fixed.

Works, but glitchy

I use this scheduling platform as a social media manager. It works, and I enjoy the workflow features to use as my team! The one issue that I always run into is that it constantly logs you out. It logs me out of the app on my phone every day, so I don’t receive app notifications on my phone. This makes it very frustrating, and it doesn’t even save your password, so you have to fully login each time you want to use it on your phone. If they would fix this and a few other glitches, I’d give it 5 stars

Trash

The aPp is literally garbage downloaded it and it didn’t even have a sign up button just a sign in. Don’t waste your time

Web Version Much Better

The app works, but it’s more laborious than it needs to be. The web version is smooth, easy to work with and edit. The mobile version is buggy and overall not a great user experience. Calendar view, updating and editing posts, marking things for review and reviewing feedback are all not as streamlined as it is online. Plus, I’ve run into multiple bugs and glitches randomly where the app just doesn’t work and there’s no way around it. It can be useless in those moments.

Too many bugs

Great app over all but it still has quite a lot of bugs. A lot of times the manual publishing just doesn’t load. Also, it’s hard to see which posts go live on which platform on which day as there’s no ungroup feature for the app.

Low quality app good service

We really like the service but I am constantly ask you log back into this app. It's a pain.

Great Product - feedback

Overall great product with constant updates, the lacking side is the app for ios don't seem to ever change or get updates and is still very minimal. Making the app similar to web controls would make is 10/5

Buggy

The web app works okay. I typically have issues posting anything to instagram. Which means I have to use the mobile app to finish posting. The mobile app is incredibly buggy and is hit or miss whether it works.

Life saver

I manage 12 businesses’ socials, and most have many platforms. It used to be so hectic to keep up with it all but Loomly is AMAZING. I tell my boss all the time it was the best investment to the company he’s ever made😂

I’ve had it over a year now and they update things all the time which is great. There’s always a new fun feature.

I also have to brag on their customer service. They’re so quick to respond and extra helpful.

Issues

It’s cheaper than hootsuite but not as good. Posts get hidden, you’re invisible. The app doesn’t work as well; it’s got issues. I get notified for a story to post and if I don’t press the button to post it immediately, the notification goes away and I can’t post through the app. I gotta download the story and post it fresh. Very annoying service all round. Dissatisfied and disappointed:(
