Don’t download unless you have money
Loved the first night helped me go to sleep. Tonight no…immediately wanted me to pay 20$…what happened to apps that actually wanted to help people, downloads should be enough revenue…

i do love this app and i love the sleep scapes but i know you get 50% off which is great but you only get to look at 2 sleepscapes and then you have to pay to see more ? I thought they’d let you look at some but not only 2.
edit: i did this review in about 2023 and i’ve come across the app again to reminisce, now you only get one free sleepscape. it’s honestly sad that we have to pay to have some peace at night , unfortunately. would be nicer if this app becomes free one day.

Phenomenal
I wish there was new content but this is by far the best sleep aid app ever. I haven’t needed the assistance of medication in years due to the use of this app. I cannot thank you enough for giving me a piece of my life back by restoring some peace to my nights.
Free trial scam
Used to be good but when I accepted a free trial I was instantly charged the full year at a cost of $150. Loona says I have to take it up with apple but apple aren’t the app developers who set the trap.
Top favorite App
I have gifted this to no less than 4 people. I can’t recommend it enough!
Really screwed up subscribing
I signed up for the free trail and the next day they charged my 100$ for the subscription. This is not only ridiculous cause the free trail was like 10 days but it also automatically signed me up for the most expensive option. There are like 20 different options to choose from and none of them explain the differences between the services. It is freaking ridiculous! I would give negative stars if I could and there is no way to contact anyone. Just an email on there website.

I work nights and sleep during the day. I was able to do the sleepscapes in the mid morning. Suddenly, the scapes are only available at night. I loved this app before this change. Now I’m very irritated and disappointed that I cannot do a sleepscape! Not everyone sleeps at night and works in the day. This app is fun and actually helps me get to sleep. I would’ve given this app five stars if I had been able to reach the purveyors of this app. The “contact us” button took me to email but would not send my request. It was an email error on THEIR site. Ugh! 🤦🏻♀️

Instant Zen
Really had enjoyed Loona. So relaxing and really visually beautiful. Only complaint is that they need more escapes. Been on eight months and haven’t seen a new one in over six months. Will keep me from renewing because it’s stale.
Exactly when did the developers abandon this app?
I used to be a long time subscriber and used to do the sleepscapes or music every night but they stopped updating the app at least 3 years ago.
I would have appreciated a response when I suggested a playlist feature for stories as I thought it would be a great update to the app, & make the stories more useable.
I guess when they stopped updating the content, they wouldn’t address any requests for new features either.

Too expensive
It’s a great app but it’s really expensive and hasn’t been updated for a while. It seems unreasonable to charge £19.99 a month for something that isn’t being developed any more.
Straight to bed
My literal first time on this app I went straight to bed didn’t even make it through the full story before it knocked me out and I was wide awake. But then like a couple months later I tried it again and it wasn’t as effective but it still worked anyway I love this app nonetheless

Better than MELATONIN
Removed my anxiety and got me feeling heavy and ready to sleep. I’ve tried things like melatonin, magnesium and even medications but this app has worked better than all of them.

This app is a must-have if you have trouble falling asleep, like myself. The app design is stunning. Mindfully, as you drift off to sleep, painting a serene picture. The music will give you a peaceful feeling before you drift off to sleep.

Impossible to cancel
Buy this app with caution—they make it impossible to cancel and before you know it, you’ve been paying $40 a month after you thought you’d already cancelled long ago. And their AI chat bot is zero help when trying to fix it.
Good app but I wish I could do free escapes time to time
I don’t like how you have to pay to get the music and the escapes, like I get why and all, but the app is for sleep and they us to pay for it, but what I do like is that some of the stores are free and you can just listen to them, but that’s like the only thing that I really like about the app, i just hope that they can do some free escapes time to time.
