Terrible app.
I jsut got the $25 monthly subscription and I cannot even log in! I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded. I have powered on and off my phone. It won’t even let me tap on the username or password. Yes I have the latest version. Yes it’s updated. I had such high hopes and bragged about this app to my boss, who finally let me do this…. And now it doesn’t even work.

This app has completely transformed how we manage our customer loyalty program. It’s intuitive, efficient and packed with features that have streamlined our operations and improved the customer experience. The QR code signup is a brilliant touch- onboarding new customers is now incredibly fast and easy. FaceID login adds a layer of security without sacrificing convenience.
The real magic, though, is in the day to day use. Being able to instantly check card status, see available rewards, and redeem them with a single scan has significantly sped up transactions at the till. The ability to review transaction history and track locations is invaluable for both customer service and fraud prevention. Plus, having access to customer data and the ability to edit on the fly is a huge time-saver.
The scanning functionality is top notch. The auto-focus and zoom features make scanning quick and reliable, even in busy periods.

للاسف التحديث الجديد سيء جداً . حيث انه يطلب تسجيل الدخول بعد كل دقيقتين وهاذا مزعج جداً . ارجو حل المشكلة بشكل سريع 💔💔💔
App isnt working
I recently signed up for Loopy Loyalty and was excited to introduce this to my customers. However, I signed up for the whole year, but I am having issues with the redemption stamper. For the most part, the app freezes and I cannot stamp my customers loyalty card. I tried to log out and log back into the app and deleted it, and re-downloaded but it wasnt working. I reached out to their customer service, but they didn’t really seem to care about and they told me I have to buy a new device in order to redeem the stamps. Which I think it’s ridiculous. I wasnt planning in buying a another tablet just to be able to give those stamps to my clients. Very disappointing and I’m looking for a different service that is more reliable.

Doesn’t work
The app has crashed over the last 5 days, customer service takes 23hrs to reply. Does not function and is damaging our business.
Replaces my ink stamp
Fantastic app. I’ve gone digital and no longer issue paper stamp cards and use that messy ink stamper. Installed on my device no problem. Scan a digital stamp card. Choose the number of stamps and rewards and boom. The customers stamp card in their phone updates. My customers think it’s magic!
Cant log in!
The username and password are correct but it wont respond and log me in!!
Recent update
I was loving this app up until the recent update! I was logged out and am not able to get in with my login info. It's very frustrating. Please help!
