As a Louisville fan this app is very reliable to me when I need the scores of games and stuff.

I still can’t see my tickets
Dysfunctional
Literally does not link to my Ticketmaster account - had someone send us football tickets and I been unable to log onto the app all day. UL insists that it comes through the app, even though I can get into Ticketmaster just fine. Thanks for wasting our time and making us miss a game tomorrow, I guess.

Won’t work after update
Was working until update. Now won’t. Deleted and reinstalled. Still not working. Not working again on 1 Nov with my tickets on an app I can’t access/ Another reason not renew season football tickets!
Doesn’t work
App updated, now won’t open on iPhone. Uninstalled and reinstalled several time and still won’t open. Instantly kicks you out.

Worked fine before the update, now it will not open and closes out before anything loads.
Update crashed my app
Updated my app and now it won’t open up. Was working fine before I updated my app per U of L’s suggestion.

Buggy
App delivers information needed, but is super buggy. Screens don’t open fully and the view gets impaired from keyboard when logging in. Have to click in text box multiple times to start typing. U of L or whomever developed this app, needs to do a little more work. Has potential to be a great app.

Can’t Sign into account
I have been trying to sign into my account for months, with no luck. I do not have a Facebook account and when I try to sign into the account with my email, as soon as I click on the email box, that and the password box disappear! Fix it!
I don’t know how this app is rated so highly
This app is as unreliable as it gets. 90% of the time when I go into it I’m just stuck on a screen that just says ‘home’, ‘schedule’, and ‘you’, none of which even work. There’s what I assume is supposed to be a ‘loading’ bar at the top of the screen, with no indication of when it will go away (probably because it never does). When you encounter this issue it’ll persist until it just up and stops for some reason. You can’t do anything but cross your fingers; closing out of the app, restarting your phone, reinstalling the app, doesn’t matter.
The other 10% of the time it works great though.

Can’t create an account
App is horrible when trying to create an account. While typing, the keyboard is in the way, can’t see what I’m typing and when I try to go to next entry it starts over. Tried another time and mistyped, tried to go back and correct, but took me back to the beginning.
