Il pourrait être proposé de pouvoir choisir ses pantalons en tailles basses ou hautes.de choisir si on veut des t shirts avec ou sans manches.ses top et blouses avec ou sans manches,avec ou sans bretelles,décolletés plongeants ou non.C’est embêtant de ne pas connaître les dimensions des serviettes(a main,de douche,de bain,de plage,de sauna).ça aiderait si les dimensions étaient indiquées

Theft
It has happened to me four times by now that I either got products that have been replaced with cheaper ones, parts missing or broken ceramics because they were not properly packaged. While I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years in Sweden, France and Denmark, this has only happened in Romania. There are people that purposely steal from the packages and replace them (or not) with much cheaper objects. I ordered a scale from Berlinger House and it came with a scale Silvercrest from Lidl. The woman called Andreea from customer service had a horrible attitude and hung up the phone on me. Please be careful with this company!

I am not travelling half the city to some Packeta thing to return something. You want online sales, then switch to easybox already!!! so we can have the courage to order something. Duurtijd levering
Lounge by zalando heeft enorm producten met hoge klassen, wat heel Lux is, maar ik vind dat de levering een week tijd pakt en dat vind ik een beetje te lang. Er mag wat sneller geleverd worden.
Goedkoop maar kwaliteit niet goed
Heb al enkele paar schoenen van Lounge besteld om na 1x dragen ze terug te moeten sturen of weg smijten
