Freezes a lot and you have to close it and reenter over and over again
Overcharged payment problems
This company has a horrible support system. I am being overcharged by Apple when I’m buying credits. They’re charging me twice and I’m only getting 50 credits for $19.99 but they’re charging me twice so I’m having to reach out to Lovable. I’m speaking to different people relaying the same problem showing receipts. They have a serious problem. It’s happened to me twice. The AI and the app building has been great. It’s been excellent, but I’m being overcharged and it is so frustrating that I’m starting to think that I should’ve gone with somebody else.

Please fix this… the app constantly keeps crashing, freezing, blanking… can’t work like this.

Beyond expectations
This app has allowed me to build out an actual site for my company and have up and going in less than 24 hours. I can’t express the gratitude.
Credits
Credits used to reset everyday and restore 5 but all of a sudden it reset for less amount of credits the other day and now it’s resetting almost an entire month from now? Why? I supported this app because I could use it consistently but now this change put a huge dent in my plans and is generally really upsetting to see. I can’t use this app anymore. This is disappointing.

Constantly freezes
Constantly freezes and entire screen becomes unresponsive I have to close and open it back up for it to work again dozens of times per session.
Amazing concept, slightly poor execution. Update: amazing.
My first serious interaction with the platform was effectively:

Lovable: pretends to be setting storage policies for another hour
You: “Mate, everything alright?”
Lovable: “Give me money.” 😂
That’s not a particularly confidence-inspiring trial experience.
Theres no explanation as to what plans are capable of doing, how many credits they give and what credits are worth in operating power.
Update: I tested the app using 4 days worth of free credits and let me tell you, it’s worth buying credit. I’m astonished at how well my project came out and honestly, the rate of credit consumption is actually excellent. I’d rate it higher than 5 stars if I could.

Crédit mensuel insuffisant et manque le choix de l'IA !!
Une fois l'essai gratuit épuisé lors de la création d'un projet, vous ne pouvez pas le tester !!! Vous devriez passer la limite mensuelle à 60 crédits pour que le compte ne soit pas bloqué !? Il manque aussi la possibilité de choisir son IA lors de la creation d'un projets : Mistral Médium 3.5 ! Dommage car c'est un outil qui mérite d'être exploré !!
