As a content creator who relies on Lovense Connect during live streams, I truly want this app to succeed. It’s essential to many models’ income and viewer experience, but the inconsistency is extremely frustrating.
Mid-stream disconnections happen frequently, and reconnecting while live disrupts everything. When someone tips, they expect the toy to respond immediately. If the app disconnects, we’re scrambling to reconnect on camera. Even if tips stay queued, by the time it’s fixed the moment has passed — leading to refunds, apologies, and unnecessary stress.
Recent connection issues have made things worse, with devices sometimes not connecting at all. For an app built for this specific purpose, reliability should be the top priority.
There’s clearly strong demand for this technology. But if stability doesn’t improve, creators will move to more dependable alternatives.

Update bad
I was just forced to update the app. There were never any problems connecting my device before but now it can’t find it. This is the opposite of a bug fix. You’ve created a bug.
Terrible app was somehow made worse & is unusable
These toys are great, but the app has always been finicky... recent updates have made it worse/nearly unusable. Ridiculous to pay so much for the product if the app (the only thing which makes these toys unique!) does not work.

Can’t log out to log in with my new password.
I changed my password on lovense.com. Now I am trying to connect a toy to stream master using this app’s QR scanner, and I keep getting a message that the password has changed. But there’s no way to log out on the iOS app. I even deleted it and RR downloaded but it stays logged in even through this. Help! Just wanna connect to chaturbate with my toys.

A lot of bugs
1 it’s insane how much I need to restart to connect my toys to this app. Last update was really better, new update it really too much bug
Great in theory, but frustrating
Lovense is constantly coming up with new products and software, but the software seems to be getting worse and worse. I miss the days of the lovense browser- back then, the toy would come disconnected if I crossed my legs, but was otherwise easy. Now, I have to constantly reconnect my toy to the app manually, because it disconnects for no reason, and I have had new connectivity issues since they came up with streammaster. Streammaster is a great idea, but it says it’s connected, displays the toy reactions on the screen, all the while the toy often just doesn’t work. I hope lovense fixes what they already have. If not, I hope another company puts them out of business.

Ребята в чем проблема сделать приложение стабильным?
Вылетает просто каждые 5 минут, вы же понимаете, кто этим приложением пользуется? Сделали ли игрушки, сделайте и приложение к ним так, как оно и должно работать. Уровень заряда показывает не правдиво, иногда вообще не подключается к игрушке. Много вопросов, особенно учитывая что вы не новая фирма.

Title says it all… when it works it’s amazing but it often does not and is very frustrating for me and my viewers.
battery usage
be sure to close the app after using, because it will stay open in the background.
used it a few days ago and was wondering why my phone battery was draining so fast all of a sudden…turns out 31% of my battery was powering lovense connect for the last week.

Ever since this new update it’s stopped working
My toys are not responding to gold from my shows. I cam on streammate so I have to use the Lovense connect app, and only this app. I believe the QR code is not connecting to the app. This has been going on for 3 days now. So ever since the update. Please fix!! I have used all my toys to check if it’s the toys and it’s not the toys because NONE OF THEM register the tips. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have deleted all my toys and reinstalled them , I have restarted my phone and computer. Please fix this issue!! I’m losing money because of this bug

Connection problems the whole stream. I’m sick of it and you pay that kind of Money on a toy it should work properly. This is ridiculous and I have had mine two months.

Nach jedem Update verbindet sich nichts mehr. Support leider auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Jedesmal aufs Neue enttäuschend, weil es sich einfach immer disconnected:(:(:(. Great Concept, INFURIATING Execution
The toy makes you money on stream, but you miss out on tips sometimes because of the faulty connection. The company has almost a monopoly in the industry, which makes it hard to get the fixes we need. Stop making other products and fix the problems with the ones you have. I have to reconnect my toy 3 times a stream. I honestly can’t wait until they have some competition. As soon as another company comes in, they’ll be obsolete… no doubt about it.
