I have followed the manual to do hard resets, deleted the app, wand from my devices etc, but it never lasts longer than about 30seconds despite being fully charged

It is sketchy at best, the device is hard to pair, once paired it works for a min at best then becomes unresponsive. We have other devices that work great with the app, this one was expensive and will not work.
Broken
The app will not allow sending photos or use camera. It will not ask for photo access. It no longer allows the distance controlling. It used to but with either the IOS update or the app update something is broken. This is the reason I have the app. I asked tech support and was told it was a known issue and will be repaired in later updates but this was weeks ago and no change.
