It is sketchy at best, the device is hard to pair, once paired it works for a min at best then becomes unresponsive. We have other devices that work great with the app, this one was expensive and will not work.
Broken
The app will not allow sending photos or use camera. It will not ask for photo access. It no longer allows the distance controlling. It used to but with either the IOS update or the app update something is broken. This is the reason I have the app. I asked tech support and was told it was a known issue and will be repaired in later updates but this was weeks ago and no change.

Can’t Rename Toy?
Absolutely fantastic App, but what the heck is up with not being able to rename the toy? I am kinda anal retentive and it bothers me that I can’t change it to what fits my organization.

Edited: Just google the exact issues and follow the prompts for corrupted reset. Literally problem solved.
The update 3 days ago seems to have completely destroyed the lite… it does nothing now and won’t reset.

Very difficult to connect on iPhone and android.
Once connects, disconnects spontaneously and often in the middle of play. Had this experience two years ago and decided to give it another shot hoping the app got better…not so much.

We bought the sync-o and wow! The settings are easy to navigate and in conjunction with him, the pressure and angle is damn near perfect. He is a total fan as well as he enjoys watching me fall over the edge multiple times! Absolutely recommend!
