Laggy mess since the update
It was great for a while, they they updated the app and it’s a laggy mess. Hard to find anything. Not set out good.
App needs a redesign from the ground up
You have to open and close the app like 10 times just to get stuff to load and when it does work it takes forever for stuff to show. The community tab is nice only when when you figure out what you can and can’t post, if you even try to be suggestive it removes your post (this is a sex toy app people) why can’t we post suggestive words or pictures??? Frustrating

NOT for Couples— False Advertising
App requires a public profile where you receive threatening messages from random dudes with and a “community section” which is just a stream of countless nudes with a “play with me” button under every post. Bought to connect with my long distance partner but neither of us are willing to use it as the app is designed for immediate hook ups with randoms you don’t know— NOT to connect with your partner. Pretty much tinder with sex toys attached. No option to make your profile private (so many harassing messages) or disable the “community” section. Wish we could return the toys we spent way too much money on. This is going to cause issues in so many relationships.

App Issues
Will not connect to my Spotify. The app says you need a premium Spotify account, which I have, but it will not connect. The AI chat bot is absolutely useless.

Remote no longer works
No matter how many updates, the Gravity toy doesn’t work with the remote. Can’t use it for long distance play. I can see the light on the toy react to when I increase the vibration or thrust. It no longer works as intended. I keep waiting for an update to fix this.
Disappointing tech, great connections
The technology is horrible. The app wasn’t built to be a social platform and it constantly crashes. All of my connections have constant complaints that they cannot connect or get locked out for days. The connections I’ve made are great and that’s the reason we put up with it. Wish they’d put some R&D into enhancing the chat platform so it works better, stops the constant “data error” messages and connects correctly when requested.

Poorly designed app
The app has so much potential, and when it works, it connects people and brings pleasure to its users. But too often it randomly logs users out, often in the middle of very significant moments. At times, it can take repeated attempts over the course of 5, 10 or even 15 minutes to log in. And heaven help you trying to get it to work after an update. So far, it seems that every single update needs several updates to fix the original update. I just updated the app, and I have no idea if and when I will be able to log back in. I have been trying now for nearly 20 minutes. Again, this app has so much terrific potential and so many promising features; I will give it five stars if it ever begins to live up to its potential.

I hate hate HATE the new update with the community option. Please realize an app that is just a remote controller. Some couples don't want to involve others. And my partner and I don't feel comfortable using the app since it's not exclusive to us. There being posts like instagram of pornographic content. Extremely unhappy and horrible sad to no longer have this toy

I was at Applebees and my girl had this and she could not control herself. She was a good girl though, she loved it and was quiet and no one knew.
They broke it!
Used to be amazing and fun. Now when a 20sec pattern is sent. It plays every pattern forever. No more control and a constant babysitting to turn it off before another pattern is sent. Please change this back and make it enjoyable again
Women Reign
It is so fun. There are lots of human and non human reasons this app isn’t fun, but it can never out way the amount of pleasure had. Both in chat rooms, roulette, the customer service is amazing(if anything happens to the toys) The toys, amazing and I have about five now. Theres a lot of men so women have their pick and don’t need to tolerate anything, don’t like how they talk to you: Block! Men are desperate to find real women because of the boys and scammers. The Lovense Bond is nice too and where I met the folks that I have been in a chat for months now. Theres someone for every kind of *wink*. And I’ve reached new heights in knowing my body.

My review of the app the update for the app was fantastic it works a lot smoother now but It’s just that there’s a lot of bots and scammers in this app now I don’t know if it got hacked and that’s why they’re all in there or what but they need to fix the problem

Très belle et bonne application. Ça fait découvrir énormément de choses le seul bémol et qui serait pas mal d’améliorer. C’est d’avoir un filtre avec les langues parlées, par exemple sur le contrôle roulettes, je ne tombe que sur des Américains ou des Anglais, alors que je parle que français, donc rajouter un filtre avec la langue parlée, ce serait bien mieux
