Not a good app for managing your finances

I’ve been using this app since it came out and all iterations since. What they have continued to do is ignore my emails about issues. I’m having. Those issues include locking down the card. Every time I get a refund, which is often in my business as a contractor, making me call the 800 number every time to unlock it. The other thing that’s popping up now is having to put in my password and username every time I open the app rather than recognizing my face. None of which has been answered by the IT department since they never returned an email and the phone call to the helpdesk is less than helpful. If there are another way around it, I would use it!

Pre load card

Way to much junk on here and to many hoops to jump through just to load the card ! Simplify it ! And make it user friendly !

Worst App Ever

This is the worst App ever, it’s absolutely useless. 98% of the time it will not verify your bank account or it gives you a message saying temporarily unavailable. You can’t do orders online through Lowe’s that take more than 7 days to come in because they will just keep charging the card and they put a hold on the money initially so it makes it look like the card has no money on it. Absolutely useless. I have spent more hours on the India support line than I have getting the card to work. Highly don’t recommend.

Constant issues

The card goes into a locked mode for fraud prevention every time a return is credited back to the card. It takes days to get the card reactivated which holds my funds captive

And was told I would receive 5% at time of purchase
No record of my purchases on the app

With the Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS program. when you use your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS card or Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS In-Store barcode to complete a purchase, you will be entitled to a 5% statement credit deposit to be made into your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS account. This 5% statement credit is not a discount at the register, but rather a deposit. The way the Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS 5% statement credit is calculated is a net total of all your company transactions for the month that were made using the Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS card or Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS In-Store barcode. All transactions that were made during the month are totaled for their net value, and then on the 15th of the following month, a deposit of this 5% net total is made into your Company Vault. Therefore, all transactions that are made in the month of January will be totaled for their net value, and a 5% deposit of this amount will be made into your Company Vault on February 15th. Don’t get this card!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a card. I think these guys are really crooks. They blocked my account even though I had a positive balance. They blocked me because I tried one to many times to add money to their card on my account. Now to unblock my account they want me to upload bank statements and copies of my drivers license front and back. You will regret doing business with this company. It is not worth the 5% discount you get from Lowes for using this.

Rolled Out With Bugs

This card and app is absolute trash. This program was rolled out way too early. Features do not work, and the Lowes store has no education on how it works. It does not function well with their system. We were charged for multiple loads that stated on this app that they didn’t process. It took forever for us to get those funds back.

The login process for this app is horrible. Every time you load the app you have to log in. There is no Face ID, nor does the app save your credentials. You need to verify your email each time you load the app. There are also multiple issues I’ve had with adding team members. The support team for this app is awful. Just a terrible application all around. The design layout in the app is done poorly. Just a bad app.

D.O.S. AGES AGAIN IN 2023???

This app is so slow loading that it constantly times me out. Also it took me 5 hours trying to pay for my customers kitchen and counters. Standing at the til next to automatic doors constantly opening and closing for 5 hours because of this app and because Lowe’s programming still operates on D.O.S. Don’t buy a kitchen at Lowe’s or use this card if your time is valuable to you. BY FAR THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Won’t be buying a pencil, nevermind a kitchen at Lowe’s again until I am compensated for this experience.
