Pretty poorly made
It’s almost hard to imagine how a large company could make an app that is this buggy and seems almost as if they didn’t even think about how the end user will try to use it. Sign in issues, the menu is different every time you use it, when it finally works you get pop ups for notifications you don’t have enabled. Appears to be cobbled together between an app and a web based window. Some days it’s completely unusable

More annoying than helpful.
This technology and the intelligence you gather from it has major potential. However, the app itself is horrible. It signs you out randomly, you can’t go back, many of the features are useless. Hopefully they make this app useful one day as it could be a game changer.
Sign-in Issues
It’s really annoying that the app randomly signs you out when you’re trying to use it. Also the plate scan feature doesn’t save the plates for later usage.
Log in issues
Logs you out right away and then need to fully log in every time. Face ID doesn’t work still requires full log in. Disappointing.
Connection issues
App does not remain logged on and you constantly have to keep logging on and putting your login information.
