Ok but needs to improve
Functionality is slightly annoying when trying to replay video. It keeps hiding the time toolbar and it is really hard to click and control, jump back in time and forth. Please improve this.

Time and date stamp
I have tried numerous times to correct the time and date appearing in the playback. The dates are not consistent with video. Very confusing. Video plays showing me taking out the trash can and a few hours later trash can disappears back in its normal spot without anyone moving it (timestamp same day) then it appears again back at the end of the driveway as if I took it out again. With the same time.. How?

Totallydepends on local dealer
Apparently only a dealer can configure this to work. Mine went bust. Next one suggested by distributor only responded when I needed to BUY a replacement camera. Since then I canโt get a callback when the connection failed. No company support. I advise staying away from LTS for anything!

Playback isnโt working
Worked fine before and now it says no videos stored
Having a problem
Since I updates my phone my nvms7000 app stopped working so I googled why and I guess they changed the name to this or whatever so I downloaded this app and now I canโt get it to work
Playback Never Works
Playback never works when we need to access important same-day footage. Tried to access using multiple different WiFi and cellular to no avail. Consistent issue.

Horrible setup
Horribly laid out app and confusing to use. The previous version was much more user friendly. This one is more like user stay away.
Cameras offline
Loved this app until late Oct 2025. Worked great, could watch, and review as much as I wanted. But since then, app says my cameras or โofflineโ but they show on my big monitor, not the app. Very disappointed at this time with the app.
Canโt even open the app today. Does this often.
All day today I have not been able to even open the app on my ipad. I click it and it goes right back to the home screen. But working fine on my iphone.
Time change
No option to change the time on the camera since daylight savings
Stopped at Step One
Cameras are all set up and NVR is working ok. When I try to set up through the LTS Connect app, the first step is to select your region. When I select mine (or any region) it just says โFailed to connect to serverโ and takes me back to the beginning. Without being able to select region, the app wonโt let me do anything.

Does not go fast forward
This app does not have an option of fast forward. Why?
5 Minute Timeout
It would be great if live view and playback didnโt timeout after 5 minutes or AT ALL!! You know, like the way it used to not timeout. Bad decision. BRING IT BACK ASAP!!
App Update Issue
Live view still displays normal but playback is not working after update. It says device streaming is timed out. Hope it gets fixed next time thereโs an update.
Last update ruined it all
It was all working fine 2 weeks ago now itโs not working now streaming media sending or accepting signaling timed out error ! Did re-install allowed all the permissions the last update made this app useless !!
25 cameras that donโt have sound
We canโt hear the sound on the app, and playback works whenever it wants to. Definitely needs attention. Also who are we supposed to call if there are issues? Wish we shopped around first
Good but not great
I really like the old app how you can rewind and fast-forward through recorded footage. On this app, it doesnโt allow you to do that.. You can only fast forward and 10 second increments. Iโll change my review if if you can update the app to include this feature
