Rude awakening
Everything was going great. I used the app to set an alarm to go to tv/read mode to get me out of bed on weekdays. Fast forward to today, a Sunday, when I was rudely awakened by my bed lifting me out of a deep sleep. I triple checked my alarm settings, and Sunday is NOT checked. What gives?
Rudimentary, amateur, and flawed.
The app is very rudimentary and the UI is poorly organized. Aside from the basic up and down, most other features do not work reliably all. There is no reason the motion and massage can’t be all accessed from a single page. Longer massage time (or unlimited); more alarm options; snore detection turns itself off; under-bed light does not stay on (or could have a timer); alarm with massage does not work reliably. I suspect that because I listen to media on my phone to fall asleep, but that seems like a pretty typical activity that should not be a dealbreaker for using a sleep-related app.

Shortcuts no longer work
The app is fine. It has the same functions as the remote. But the Siri Shortcuts are no longer working. “Bed base not found”
Won’t connect
After 10/06/25 update the app will no longer connect to my bed. Tried all troubleshooting options and no joy
Fraudulent
This app has never connected. If you bought bed because it said it has an app. It never connected. Customer support didn’t respond
Remove the App
The app does not work! Lucid should stop saying there’s a Bluetooth controlled app if it’s not going to ensure the app development is maintained. My bed is a little over a year old and the remote for one side doesn’t work and I hoped the app would be a replacement. No such luck.

Never worked. Emailed support. Never answered except by automated email. If you drop remote you have no backup. Stuck in bed.
No Way to Turn Massage Off
The app is full featured, and once i unplugged my bed and plugged it back in again I was able to pair. There’s unfortunately zero way to turn off the massage from the app which is pretty frustrating. Based on the last update to the app I assume it’s all but abandoned.

I have had the L600 split king for 3 years. I set up the app about 6 months ago when I misplaced my remote. It works great for both sides of the bed and on my iPad and iPhone.
Can’t get it to keep working.
I got it to work and then it quits. Instructions aren’t very clear and the base model isn’t on the front of my remote like it says it is. Pretty frustrating app. But I love the bed!!
Completely useless so far
The remote for the L300 paired just fine, so the inability of the app to detect and pair with the base is inexcusable. I can’t give any higher rating to something I can’t even use.
Does not connect to bed
Brand new and iOS app does not connect to L600 bed. Keeps stating failing to connect when trying to connect the Bluetooth

I LOVED IT UNTIL IT BEGAN CRASHING
I’ve reinstalled several times, but it still crashes when pressing the Both Sides option (Split-King base). I’ve reconnected Bluetooth, unplugged and started completely over. Hoping it will be fixed next update.
Does not connect!
Bed bases appear on the app but fails to connect. Upon reading reviews here and other places this problem seems to be prevalent for a long while.. No updates for almost a year. Lucid should embarrassed to continue to market this bed base with app control when it is clear there a high rate of people not being able to use the app. Would give zero stars if I could. If you need/expected app control for your bed bases as I did, try another brand. So disappointed.

Don’t work
I have 3 advanced beds all claim to be Bluetooth. Followed instructions. 1 no list for advanced 2 went through all of them it just don’t work. So disappointed it was the reason we bought this base.
Great app except for massage
Everything works perfectly on the app and I’m enjoying it except I cannot turn the massage off once it goes on. Can you advise if this has been fixed in the app?
