No changes based on feedback over a year
Like others I am stuck on the sign in screen. Looking at the reviews this has been going on for over a year and no fixes. How is this app rated at 4.6 at the time of this review?
Cannot log in
Always stuck on login screen. Sign in button is not responsive
Really slow, clunky app, they short your points
Very frustrating to use, and they have no interest in improving it. They frequently don’t actually post your points…beware.
Impossible to create account
Tried this app in store, didn’t let me create one at all and the button to create account just didn’t want to work. I thought it was because store WiFi but nope, just tried it at home and it doesn’t even work. I could see why someone would want this app because of how unnecessarily expensive luckys is but don’t even bother because it won’t work 0/10 app bro 😭🙏

needs a update
this really needs a new up date it’s sucks so bad, went to the store to use a deal and i couldn’t clip the deal and i was holding up the line it was so embarrassing
Rebates don’t work anymore
This app is great but all of a sudden the rebates will not work. It says “something went wrong” I have tried everything to fix it but cannot.
Unusable
This app was always so slow, connecting and loading. Now it is stuck on the login screen, where you can create an account or login. Except when I try logging in, it takes my info, then puts me back at the same screen. First of all, why is it even requiring me to login again? Secondly, fix the login, so that it actually logs in, or gives an informative notification of why it isn’t logging in. Making it load less so that it’s faster wouldn’t hurt either. Just go look at how Safeway’s app works.

So hard to clip coupons
Why is it so difficult to clip coupons in the app? Everytime you clip an item the whole list resets to the top so you have to scroll back down again. There’s so many problems and so many negative reviews yet nothing gets fixed. Another corporation that makes it difficult for their customers to save some money. So embarrassing compared to Safeway app.

App sucks
I was at the store seeing the products with digital ads to clip. So I tried to find the items and went round and round. The changes you’ve made to your app has made it even worse. You need to hire someone from Safeway to fix your app. It is the absolute worst. So frustrating it’s almost not worth bothering to shop at Luckys! Ruined my evening!

Doesn’t allow you to save
I’ve tried everything, removing and up loading the app several times and still ask me to log in every time when I click on “clip coupons” despite me logging on several times. This is been going on for months, at this point I believe that is done on purpose by developer.

Account login is buggy and crashes the app. When it has worked, it’s one of the slowest loading shopping grocery store apps you’ll find.
App not working
I have deleted and downloaded the app because the coupons weren’t attaching now ever time I need to clip one it says I’m not signed in when I clearly am. And then it logs me off again.
Never works properly
Unfortunately I’ve had to delete this app multiple times from my phone. No, it’s not user error, it’s a faulty app needing serious maintenance. Too bad, this also means not shopping at Luckys anymore since I can’t get the deals loaded on my app. Bye, bye! There are other stores in a 5 mile radius with apps that work! Not worth my time (and money).

Worst app
Will not let me sign in! I just deleted it! Waste of time!
Zero stars
I tried sooo many times to log in, uninstalled and reinstalled, still no. It just kept kicking me off. The worst part is that I had a full cart and because of back pain couldn’t just shop again somewhere else. I ended up losing a lot of money. Really disappointed. If your app won’t work have another coupon option easily available!

Broken
Latest required update breaks the app completely. Everything requires setting a default store and store setting broken. Useless now. Please fix
App design fail
They approve your passwords even if it doesn’t match the guidelines, but then if you try and complete your account the finish button stops working until you change your password. Not user friendly at all.
