GREAT SERVICE FOR LUGGAGE
5 people, 2 bags each plus personal items. Lugging was waiting at the cruise port and drop off was a breeze. Allowed my family to begin our time in Lisbon early. Hotel check-in was not until 3 pm and we were off the ship at 7:30. Drop off was just as easy. Highly recommend for ports or airport.

We were hesitant to give someone our luggage and trust that they’d meet us at the airport later in the day but the communication was superb and the experience awesome. Highly recommend their service.

I was looking around for luggage storage as we arrived at 8 AM and couldn’t check in until 3 Pm. On a four week trip we had quite a bit of luggage. Found Luggit who saved me from booking a driver to take me to a storage facility and then later a car back to the facility and back to the lodging. With Luggit they came to the port. Picked up the bags and held them with the driver until time to deliver. Wonderful service right on time.

Great service and app works well too
What a fantastic idea. I was a bit skeptical but reviews helped me. They put a gps tag in your luggage and everything. Pick up and drop off both were better than I expected and we went to walk around without having everything on us. I wish however that you could start service a bit earlier. My flight arrived at 6am and customs didn’t take long so I waited in the airport for about an hour and change because the first time available was 8am. Other than that, great.

I used this service twice in Portugal, after a recommendation from my Airbnb host, first in Lisbon then in Porto. Both services were perfectly timed for collection & drop offs, with excellent communication along the way and easy tracking. I had a tour cancelled & also a change of checkout and needed to alter my booking last minute. Luggit happily accommodated for changes on multiple occasions in both cities quickly! Communication was friendly from all points of contact, both online & in person. I will be using this service in every city I can find it available! Thank you!

Lisbon Trip
LUGGit worked - mostly. Pickup went very smoothly, the driver was professional, though had limited English. At our drop off point (the train station, Lisboa Oriente) things went just a little sideways. The app provided a GPS drop off point about 2 blocks from the station, but the (new) driver was waiting at the perimeter of the station. Thankfully we had two of us out looking for his orange vest, and we were able to get all our luggage in plenty of time to board the train.

OMG: the service was a godsend. The fact that they come and pick it up when you arrive in Lisbon and then drop it off at your hotel the night before you fly out it’s just so convenient. And the prices are great. My mom and I stored two huge suitcases from our cruise while we took the train around Lisbon for 10 days. It was amazing having this service.
