put your phone down at night. Luina keeps it there until morning.
The hour you put the phone down decides the night. Not a score, not a ring, not a watch – just lights out at roughly the same time, night after night. The phone is what moves that hour. So that's the one thing Luina holds for you.

HOLD THE MOON
Every evening, one gesture: hold the moon, and your chosen apps fall asleep. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube – whatever keeps you up. They stay asleep until morning. In the morning, you wake them with the same gesture.
THE PACT
«My phone goes to sleep before I do. Every night.» You sign it once. You'll see it again at three in the morning, on the shield, before you can break it. Choose how Luina speaks to you then – gentle or firm.
BY HAND OR AUTOMATIC
Hold the moon yourself each night – or let Luina lock your apps at your time. You decide in the evening, Luina keeps it until morning.
YOUR NIGHTS, DRAWN – NEVER GRADED
No app should tell you how well you slept. Luina never rates your night. One bar is one night: when the phone went down, how steady your week is, how far your weekends drift. Regularity is what good sleep is made of – so that's what Luina shows you.
YOUR STREAK
Every night held on time counts. The streak grows, the moons fill – 7, 14, 30, 60, 100 nights. Beat your best.
SLEEP BUDDIES, IF YOU WANT THEM
Hold a pact with up to five people you trust. Send a goodnight, see who put the phone down first, keep each other steady. Anyone can end a pact at any time.
APPLE HEALTH, BOTH WAYS
Import past nights from Apple Health, and – if you choose – write the nights Luina holds back to Health. Both stay off until you turn them on.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no email, no password. Your nights sync through your own iCloud. No ads, no analytics. Luina uses Apple's Screen Time to put your apps to sleep – you pick the apps, Luina never sees what's inside them.
Luina is a night mode for your phone, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice.
Tonight is a good night to begin.
