App is awful
I have been trying to buy tickets for 2 days now! I did not set up an account but it keeps telling me my e mail is already taken…. No way to find anything out to rectify the situation. Super frustrated
Poor search options
No problems logging in; you just need to remember your login details will be under Fatsoma rather than Lumos. The lower rating is due to the search facility as it doesn’t recognise cities or allow searches for nearby locations. You have to trawl through all the events by eye instead.
Horrible App
Only shows locations in the UK not US. Couldn’t log into my account to get my tickets and support is no help.
No Cities in Wales?
Just downloaded the app but can’t find my tickets or event in Chepstow. Even Cardiff isn’t listed.
When I add my nickname, the message is “you can’t use this name as it’s already taken”. Of course it is, it’s me. So I’ve had to make up a new one.
