App is awful
I have been trying to buy tickets for 2 days now! I did not set up an account but it keeps telling me my e mail is already taken…. No way to find anything out to rectify the situation. Super frustrated

Very frustrating ticket purchase
Personally, I found buying tickets from this site slow and fiddly. The site wants you to “register” which is ok but if you want to change the quantity and go back you have to register again and I couldn’t find the login page. Had to use a different email address. Not sure where the tickets are going to show up as have to download app but not obvious re login.

Poor search options
No problems logging in; you just need to remember your login details will be under Fatsoma rather than Lumos. The lower rating is due to the search facility as it doesn’t recognise cities or allow searches for nearby locations. You have to trawl through all the events by eye instead.
Horrible App
Only shows locations in the UK not US. Couldn’t log into my account to get my tickets and support is no help.
