The picture is good, but I go to watch a video and it says no video available for this time…. I am not impressed by these cameras.
Bad cameras, bad app
The camera quality is terrible, especially zooming in. It also takes 30+ seconds to access your live feed. Using it as a baby cam, we find it easier to go upstairs to check if we heard a baby crying than it is to check the app. Owltron is 100% better.

I’m trying to open it in my email, but it refuses to allow me to use my email. It wants to use a different one. The app doesn’t get to select I do.
issues every day
The screens in this app constantly freeze, take forever to load, and the support is nonexistent. Get a camera with a better app/interface if you can (won’t be difficult).

This window cam is fantastic. My hummingbird feeders would be emptied overnight after filling them up. Would you believe the cam caught deer emptying the feeders overnight. Glad I bought and used to identify what was emptying the feeders overnight
Application update. Messed up my camera.
So ever since my Luna AI hold down an update, I can no longer keep the camera online for more than three minutes. And have to continually start from scratch to set it up.
Doesn’t playback immediate notifications
I get notifications that there is movement I touch picture and it will not make it live. I can’t even zoom to see what cause it

The camera is super slow when wanting to see live or even a past event it can take up past a minute!!!

Laggy & Won’t Load
I bought this for the ability to save to an SD card without a subscription. I was randomly given a trial (I didn’t ask for it, I’ve not provided a payment option, unlike most free trials that require you to cancel or be charged) and noticed how much smoother events loaded that week during the trial. Before I was given a taste of the paid plan, less than a week into owning, I had to reset the camera because the live feed kept buffering, as did events, I believe that was after an update, which if you look occurs often. I am already, not a month later, having the same issue of feed & events not loading. I know it’s not sd card related because I’ve formatted several times with no issue & the problem does not occur after a format or when one is needed. If you’re looking for an option to use without a subscription then I would not suggest this one. Other than that the hardware mostly works fine. I have noticed it following motion & not returning to the set position, it’ll randomly be stuck staring off in the direction the motion stopped, long after whatever caused it is gone.

Picture quality is great when it works but for the most part the video never loads and the amount of ads is ridiculous.
Buyer Beware
Unless you subscribe for an absolute ridiculous amount, there Zero playback and rarely connection to a router 20' away for live view.

I personally love the Luna Ai light bulb indoor outdoor camera. I have it as my porch light. On the tracking movement setting. There is nothing that gets past it during the day or night. I get an immediate update on the possible threat.
The planned that I signed up for is under $75 a month. At the end of each day it sends me a review video of each incident. Each times it tracks or sees movement it sends me a descriptive breakdown of exactly what it sees, including vehicle color or dog color and what color clothes the person was wearing.
I am truly blown away by its abilities. It is like having a security guard at my doorstep.
I highly recommend. It has several settings for tracking on or off and the sensitivity of notifications to be sent to me.
Trust me. You will not be disappointed . It connects to your home wifi and you can check it on any mobile device from anywhere you may be in the home or far away in another state or galaxy I assume. It is waterproof and has a setting to be used as a soft white illumination automatically from dark til dawn.
It also survived outside during the harsh Wisconsin Winters.
I usually do not give reviews because most the times products are great but burn out or defect after a few months.
This camera kicks @ss. Do not be afraid to order one. Low price under $40 and has several plans to subscribe to for video retention times.
It breaks down to less than $15 a month per the first year including Ai lightbulb camera and the cheapest subscription plan.

Sucks
Somebody walked in my drive way to the front door and the camera didn’t record or alert but it will record the shadow of leaves falling. Won’t recommend this camera if you have had previous break ins.

Also need to be able to group cameras into a schedule so u can set them all by setting one schedule. Right now u have to set them all individually and either all day or a certain time every day. Also an option would be great to be able to turn events and notifications on all cameras on or off at same time when u need to. I had other cameras that had better scheduling and event and notification activation options. Luna ai would be great if they add those options.
