Control fail!!
The arrows used to control the camera view does not work at all despite updating to the new version. It skips recording some movements completely. At night, it does not record despite the light being on. I am super disappointed with it
Definitely worth the experience
I love it so much I got two and they’re both really good my back porch light have a mind of its own … but Luna representative told me to call back when I get home and they’ll walk me through the process

Very disappointed
These cameras have no reason to buffer as much as they do, period. I have another brand, and they work perfectly. I didn’t want to leave this review, but at this point, I’m very disappointed. I have a total of four cameras, and one has stopped working for no reason. It’s less than six months old.

We bought one camera and never had an opportunity to set up; however, since we have, we’ve since bought two more and I definitely recommend!
While , there’s a great angle and display with the original view that is set up, you can also swivel to get an extended view.

App is terrible. Cameras are worse
Glitchy app. Doesn’t work half the time. Regret signing up for the service. Got two cameras that will be in the trash shortly. Cameras aren’t reliable at staying connected to WiFi. Lastly, don’t expect micro sd cards to work in this junk. Btw, they give you a free camera for leaving a positive review, so all the love is fake.

It takes several seconds for the app to connect to the camera. Wyze is quicker. The video however is HD. Once connected it works fine.

I loved these cameras when I first got them but now I have three that disconnected and won’t connect again and I can’t reach customer support! This is not good!
Won’t stay connected.
Luna when it works its great. However it’s having a hard time staying connected to WiFi. Idk if it’s my WiFi or the commodity itself. Other devices tend to work fine in the house.
