Best PT Solution EVER
i’ve never been able to stick to a PT routine but having Joanna, my Physical Therapist, come to the house has made a world of difference. I can’t believe how strong I’m getting and working with my equipment at home, has set me up for some really strong daily habits. I cannot recommend Luna more; it’s the best PT solution ever.

Not suitable for the visually impaired
As a senior with poor vision this app is extremely difficult to use. There is no dark mode option and the fonts are tiny, dim, and not capable of magnification.

Crazy costs for insurance and spamming for SMS
Scam and bad service. Told over the phone the costs would be $20-30/session. Ended up as $200. Does not track sessions fully and resets the exercises if you take a break. Exercises can be found on YouTube. Let’s use ChatGPT for physical therapy.

Good Care at Reasonable Prices
My wife and I have both worked with Luna’s in home physical therapy (Colin G) for the last two years as we have negotiated 2x knee replacements and a hip replacement. Colin has been a key contributor to our health, recovery, and overall well being. Receiving care in our home has been amazingly convenient and has been a major benefit to our recovery.

A Very Organized Program
App, billing, and support are all bad.
The exercises in the app themselves have no sound so you have to keep track of the exercises yourself, which ruins half of the purpose of the exercise portion of the app.
I’ve also randomly been billed THREE MONTHS after I stopped physical therapy and using the app. After three months of stopping I randomly get a text and email demanding payment on an outstanding balance. I can’t find a way to pay in the app so I open a ticket and they say I have no balance. Why did I even receive the text and email then?
A day later I find a random charge on my credit card from Luna. I try to contact support but they don’t respond and it’s been three days.
Terrible service. Terrible app. The physical pain that this helped relieve was brought back in the form of a massive headache. I do not recommend this service.

Physical Therapy
Therapy is going very well. I am following exercises religiously. Therapist is very knowledgeable. His approach to loosen muscle and then train is very good. Very happy with progress.
Help in hard times
I suffered multiple fractures in my pelvis at the same time my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Because Denis came to my house, I was able to do hospice care for my mother and grow physically stronger. Luna saved me, truly!
Love my therapist
Mark has been dedicated to getting me back in shape with my knees and it’s been a wonderful experience

Automation Hellscape
From set up, to scheduling, to Billing… the whole system is 99% tech, Ai, and automation and only useful to solve the most basic and generic issues. Hard to get a human being ever. They send lots of spam via text, email and vm.. and need help? They have 100 useless bots for that! This is a textbook example of how tech made a great concept of a company horrible
