Needs Polish
It’s a bunch of isolated features you’d find in many apps built into one. But it needs better integration and flow testing. Examples:
1. I have an upcoming appointment. The title doesn’t match anything in the price estimator. Better yet, link it to the direct entry so I’m prepared for the expense.
2. The price estimator, because the titles are similar, force you to hunt through each one. Get it wrong press back, but it doesn’t keep you in the group selected, it sends you back to the first page. Frustrating.
3. Price estimator says it’ll find CPT codes. No CPT codes listed in upcoming appointments. I can find them on my bill, but that’s kinda too late.
4. Nevertheless, I searched for two basic CPT audiology codes and the price estimator couldn’t find them.

Hard to find information and basic interface
No test results
I had a PET scan on Monday and have no results sent to my portal. At my appointment today with Dr Jacob New, the ordering physician, he had the results. Scripps is usually very prompt with test results and I am disappointed this time. This test is very important to me, involving the status of my lung cancer. Who can I contact to have the results sent to my portal? Carol C. Hartwell
