No test results
I had a PET scan on Monday and have no results sent to my portal. At my appointment today with Dr Jacob New, the ordering physician, he had the results. Scripps is usually very prompt with test results and I am disappointed this time. This test is very important to me, involving the status of my lung cancer. I periodically receive notifications that I have an upcoming visit . But there are no upcoming visits shown.

Appointment
When trying to ‘accept’ an earlier appointment, no date or time is shown for me to make decision. By the time I switch out of portal and over to email, 3 times now I’ve been locked out because earlier appointment has been taken.

Messaging. Y Physician is a challenge
The patient portal makes it unnecessarily difficult to contact my doctor. Messaging a physician is one of the most important functions patients use, yet it is hidden behind multiple tabs and feels like navigating a maze. A clearly visible “Message Your Doctor” button should be on the main screen so patients can quickly access their care team without wasting time searching through the portal. Thank you

The problem is that appointments cannot be selected for any provider. It is limited to past providers.
