Appointment
When trying to ‘accept’ an earlier appointment, no date or time is shown for me to make decision. By the time I switch out of portal and over to email, 3 times now I’ve been locked out because earlier appointment has been taken.

Need to create an option to be able to message my physician
Messaging. Y Physician is a challenge
The patient portal makes it unnecessarily difficult to contact my doctor. Messaging a physician is one of the most important functions patients use, yet it is hidden behind multiple tabs and feels like navigating a maze. A clearly visible “Message Your Doctor” button should be on the main screen so patients can quickly access their care team without wasting time searching through the portal. Thank you

Appointment scheduling
The problem is that appointments cannot be selected for any provider. It is limited to past providers.

The MyScripps app makes it easy to track appointments for myself and my husband, too - AND stay on top of medications, test results, etc for both of us. I’ve been impressed by the fast responses from our doctors when I’ve asked questions- the portal must make it easier for medical staff, too.

It works fine for most parts, but for some reason I can’t email my doctors for reasons other than medications.

My scripts provides immediate access to doctors and their staff to get answers and make appointments. MyScripps allows me doctors notes, and results of tests when it’s convenient for me.
