App Doesn’t Open

Keeps closing itself immediately. June 16, 2026. And yes Ellie, Leslie, and Emmy my phone is up to date.

Keeps crashing

I haven’t been able to open the app in over a week. Every time I go to open it, it instantly closes. I click app support and it takes me to the sharp healthcare website which offers no solution to the problem.

Hello, The app no longer supports any iphone 8 or x devices. For Android users any version under 11 no longer supported. Please contact our support team if your device is supported 1-800-827-4277. Thank you, Leslie

Critical Issue

For the past couple of weeks (ever since a "bugfixing" update), I've been dealing with the problem of the app crashing immediately upon attempts to open it. I anticipated that the problem would have been fixed by now, but it still hasn't been. Please fix this. The app worked perfectly fine before this last update.

Font size

Beware if you’ve adjusted your font size for general phone use as the app will not display its screen correctly. It’s frustrating to have to reduce the font size every time I use the app.
Edit. I got a message that this glitch has been fixed with the latest forced update but unfortunately nothing has changed. The menu at the bottom of the page is still pretty much cut off.
