Character limit too short

The character limit to message doctor is WAY too short. I shouldn’t have to send 3 or 4 short messages to the doctor and annoy them. Remove the character limit please, it doesn’t help anyone or make anything better.

The way referrals are listed doesn’t even include the drs specialty, I had a couple and I had to call dr to ask what specialty the dr is, not cool !!
