Predatory billing practices
I still have not been able to unsubscribe. It has been months. You can’t call and messaging them has had no answer for many people. I keep getting charged monthly. I cannot see them pop up on my app subscriptions in my phone and on the website there is no option to unsubscribe. You can cancel your account, but that will continue charging. I followed all the instructions online and still cannot unsubscribe.

The company that owns these collection of apps makes it incredibly hard to cancel your subscription on top of the apps not being useful. Do not fall for the “free 14 day trial” because you actually have to cancel within 24 hours of signing up to avoid paying $39.99! Lune, Ambiance, Summary, Clarify, Lumiere, Enchant, and probably others are all part of the same company.

Predatory scam
DONT EVER USE THESE APPS! this company is a scam. They are repeatedly charging me subscriptions that the app says don’t exist. When I log in, it recognizes my account, but asks me to sign up for a subscription. When I log in on the website it says I am using a free account. Their website says you can cancel the subscription in the app on the profile button, but I can’t reach the profile without signing up for another subscription. I was charged $40 this morning and the app says I have to pay another $40 to sign in. You can’t cancel online. Google the company and literally every review is about how this is a fake company.

Not easy to use
Super confusing subscription packages and it’s like five different apps when it really should be just one app but so they can charge you like five subscriptions they do separate apps.

Do NOT accept any free trials and do NOT take any subscriptions from the Lune app, the Fabulous app or the Clarify app. Or anything associated with this company. Their customer support is beyond horrible. You get offered a free trial to one app, and the sneak in a subscription to another app that you don’t even have in your phone. Then the subscription does not appear in the Subscription list under your Apple ID, making it almost impossible to track Thai down and get it cancelled. And then when you request a refund, they tell you that you agreed to the terms of service and it’s too bad for you that you didn’t cancel a subscription you didn’t know you had. I’m a big fan of the Fabulous apps and I’m so glad they finally got this one working because I love it! Has definitely helped me improve my sleep schedule, block out distractions and the sleep elixir makes me sleep like a baby!

This is the LONGEST it ever took me to get to the paywall. Absolutely terrible and immoral behavior. I will be reporting this app.
Frustrated!
Bought app for $11 to try. Couldn’t get in the app. Couldn’t get past the page where they asked me to gift app to others. Couldn’t get refund from PayPal even though I cancelled same day I bought. Then in writing to company only got automated responses.
The $1 trial is meant to make sure they get money for the non-refundable “forgetting to cancel”
Long story short they got $40 to teach me not to do $1 trials.
I opened this app, curious about what it offered. Not worth it. The design was a bit annoying so I closed out of it. If you don’t finish the process they’ll still charge you $39.99 for premium and it’s non-refundable.
It had a long onboarding process, and the design wasn’t really my speed. I never finished the process, but it asks us to pay a dollar before we even see what we’re getting.
As an added bonus, I couldn’t figure out why it didn’t show up in my subscriptions in my settings, so I went on a fun lil goose chase that hopefully did and the trial.
I’m realizing it’s probably designed in this way to capture the money so you can’t just pay a dollar and unsubscribe via the subscriptions ecosystem in settings.. you have to go to their website and figure it all out before the clock rolls over.
They may take 48 hours to respond to a help ticket… as a result, if you forget until the day, you’re likely screwed. Good luck out there

a maze of scams
This is an insane overwhelm maze of an app. It is not intuitive. It feels designed to trap you. It’s stressful to use. The videos that are supposed to be soothing are just silly cartoons and they feel like an after thought.
Glitchy, loops, impossible to cancel. Very AI generated
Swap one time drain for another. Almost had a seizure it was so difficult to cancel

App does not work. Zero support
The app becomes unresponsive after picking apps to limit. They have told me twice that they are escalating my issue to their developers. It has been two months. Please just cancel this and send me a refund.
Froze before set up was even complete
Complete sham. Froze before I could even finish setting up. I already cancelled and i hope for their sake there isn’t a charge as I will not stop contacting them until I have money back and never charged again.
Love it so much
Was frustrated with the weird glitch (the section where they ask you to make a Ulysses contract) but I bypassed it and I love it so much. Sleep has significantly improved in just 2ish weeks
