WORST APP WITH INSANE CHARGE FEEE
These app is terrible! Jesus Christ their feee is insanely high, their exchange rate is ridiculously low. Please beware if you’re a newbie. This isn’t a good app for investing and exchanging

Luno app scams people after there hard money is been transferred to there wallet they start to ask you to bring documents which I did and now they are still prolonging it asking me to bringing the pdf copy after I took a picture of the document printed out for me by my uba bank they are scammers oooo don’t put your money into there app

I have been trying to verify my bvn for over few weeks now Luno never complete the verification which is making it hard to withdraw my funds! Customer service couldn’t help . They could receive a direct deposit without bvn but requesting it when doing withdrawal which they never complete . It really sucks

Sign in difficalty
Since I updated I can’t open my app with a sign in pin. Every time I leave the app I must sign in with my email. Every time the app ask me to create a new pin. And App pin is on. But when I leave the app and wants to open it again, it does not ask fir my pin. I have to sign in with my email again.
Is there a problem? Or am I doing something wrong. Can you help me?

Luno charges is to high
"One of the main reasons I started using the Luno app was to invest my money over a period of time. However, after investing, I noticed that when it’s time to withdraw, the charges are so high that they take a significant portion of my profit, leaving me with much less than I expected."
Not for trader, just for lazy spot investor.
Pathetic charts, laggy price, expensive fees especially to transfer crypto out (up to 6 times more costly than other wallets or exchanges!), and a big downer is NO stablecoins- which severely limits fluidity. Also cant find the US stocks to trade. All in, its quite cumbersome to do even basic things like a good entry, manage investments and balance the portfolio. I used it to convert btc to RM but now i found its cheaper and faster to use the P2P feature found on most other exchanges. Sorry Luno, you can actually do way way better for being in the niche here in Malaysia. Maybe one good thing is like most wallets, it has a bit of staking option.

Face ID doesn’t trigger
Recently upgraded through phone transfer to the iPhone 17 line, and my Face ID doesn’t trigger when trying to unlock Luno. Forced to use PIN as the Face ID button doesn’t trigger either. The only way to rectify this is to reinstall the app and go through the setup process again. Kindly fix it.
