Doesn’t Work Anymore
Doesn’t load anything anymore. Was a decent app.

Unfortunately seems to be dead
Was great while it lasted. Reddit seems to have banned this app and no content will load anymore.

Best way to use Reddit currently
If you want to use Reddit and have a good time this app is for you! It takes a bit of adjustment but it is worth it. Unfortunately the newest update has broken the ability to save videos and use infinite scroll on your favorites feed but I am sure those issues will be fixed in time!
Update: As of Oct 14th 2026 the app does not work

Can’t view nsfw subs/content
Unfortunately anything labeled nsfw cannot be viewed, that is what I wanted to use this app for. Other than that everything else is working well

Great for focusing on reading
Reddit has become nearly unusable with all the garbage ads, awful interface, chaotic distractions. And, I really just want to read it and avoid getting sucked into the drama and responding. Lurker has been perfect, I can view any sub and read what’s there free of the distractions. It doesn’t allow me to post or be tempted to post, which has saved me literally days of lost time by now. Lately seems it’s been unreachable so perhaps Reddit is cracking down, not sure. But Reddit killed the prior app that made it enjoyable to read, if they kill Lurker then I’ll just toss it into the waste bin alongside Facebook and other trash, nothing here worth the downside of using their app and engaging. Preferably, Lurker gets fixed though, there are many useful subs still surviving.
