This app is almost useless. Downloaded to connect the outdoor bollard lights.
Connecting them was a nightmare till I found that lights are under different model in this app. Then was quite easy. But to remote on the lamps I have to be nearby to control them. If going upstairs the app is out off range for lights and that is saying lights are off line!!! And can’t turn them on or off etc. Totally crape
. App is not operating with Alexa it self. So what is the point to buy product from this company and have this app? There is a lot to improve with…

Poor
More bad days than good days with this app it doesn't show recordings and notifications are all or nothing. Removed device and evenly at the 8th attempt it connected. Best buy a light with separate PIR and get ring doorbell for security as it's reliable.
App unbrauchbar
Nach dem Winter musste ich die App neu installieren. Ich habe mich in der App angemeldet und wollte meine Außenlampe in der App wieder hinterlegen. Die App lässt das gar nicht erst zu. Drücke auf das + , springt die App von der Auswahl direkt wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Wie soll ich so die Lampe wieder hinterlegen um diese anzusteuern. Somit hält das System nicht das Produktversprechen. Smarthome geht anders.

Bei der ersten Lampe hat alles gut funktioniert, die 2. lässt sich nicht koppeln, keine Reaktion vom Support.
Kamera ist gut, App eher schlecht
Kamera-Licht Elara. Sehr umständliche Installation. Die Einstellungen der Lampe ist nicht speicherbar, das ist mehr als ärgerlich.

Je kunt de lamp nog wel laten branden met de schakelaar maar instellingen zijn weg
De combinatie app iPad en smart phone werkt helemaal niet dan valt de app op tablet weg
Nee de WiFi werkt niet naar behoren
Nochtans er zitten leuke programma’s in met verschillende kleuren enz

Lampe gut - die App ist schlecht
Die gekaufte Lampe ist gut, aber diese App hier die dazu benötigt wird ist fehlerhaft.
Wirklich schade, dass den Herstellern die Kundenzufriedenheit egal ist.

I just bought a lamp wich use this application. This is a disaster. In every day I have to delete and instal if I want to use it. It is completely useless

Voulant diriger mes luminaires je constate qu’on ne peut même pas créer un compte sur l’application

Dommage pour la mauvaise connectivité Bluetooth
Les produits Lutec ont l’air de bonne qualité (qubo et GEMINI) malheureusement très dur à utiliser via l’application car la connectivité entre l’application et les produits est très mauvaise… même quand le smartphone se trouve juste à côté de ceux-ci…
Une amélioration de la connectivité serait appréciable, en espérant que les soucis soit software et non hardware sur les lampes…

Erstmal absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, warum man sich hier aufwändig registrieren muss. Der Code dafür funktioniert nur nach Zufallsprinzip. Endlich drin: die Lampen werden nicht gefunden. NULL Sterne!
Werkt niet
Registreer zeggen ze dan vul je alles in en kan je niet meer verder want moet code invullen maar je kan niet verder dus ook niet verder met code invullen, er mankeert daar iets mee naar kijken !!!!
