Not woeking
After i login via employer portal it stuck at a white screen and i can no longer access. Tried restarting phone, app, still same result

For corporate account, we get 5 free Lyfts per year for Amazon. Anytime I tap get the code for free Lyft, app crashes. Been this way for months with no fix. Was not able to get my free rides because no one at Luum cares enough to review feedback to fix bugs.

Literally not usable. Crashes after clicking “Reserve Parking”. Don’t even know why this still exists.

Before a recent update I was able to use the app to park. Not anymore. How did they make something so simple so confusing?

Buggy App
I have been locked out of parking reservation for WEEKS. One day I accidentally chose 12:00 AM instead of 12:00 PM as my parking reservation start time, and I haven’t been able to book parking since then. The reservation button will not show up on the dashboard. Whenever I try to book parking through calendar the App will crash. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and nothing could fix this bug. I submitted a bug report but it didn’t look like they cared. Hopefully they’ll care about a one-star review on App Store.

Broken update?
Recent update removed parking reservation function?? Now I can only see commute input.
Ok but not great
This app works ok but it has arbitrary rules like you can’t reserve parking more than 5 days in advance. This means you can use Friday as your planning day for the next week, bc the weekend is included in the 5 days. These types of defects mean you often don’t have reserved parking when you need it.

Very easy to navigate
It is one of the best app, easy to navigate. The design was very well done, the color coding is very appealing to the eye. Although it was easy to navigate, it wasn’t straightforward where to include new car license plate number in the web version. However, the app version is fantastic.

Bug - No QR code after making online reservation
Looks like recent update is having bug. I don’t see QR code for today and yesterday reservation. IOS device with latest OS

It is great app to facilitate access to OHSU and time-management.
Can’t turn off notifications
No matter how many times you try, the app always turns them right back on after you close the app and open it again.

What did end parking time do to you?
After latest upgrade, selecting parking duration only support select start time and duration, not the end time and calculate the duration for me. Seriously guys?! So every time I need to choose a parking window I have to calculate how long it takes by myself? You do know not all commute parkings are for people who need to park for x hours, but more like people need to park from x time to y time, dont you? This idea is so dumb, makes me feel it came out of someone that never use this app as their daily commute parking. What is the technology difficulty for this app to support both? In the release note it says parking reservation enhancement. I think you have misunderstandings about the meaning of that word. This is oppsite of an enhancement.

This app is very unreliable. As I write this review using this app I cannot see the letters im typing. Seems appropriate… works fine one day then I will get logged out for no apparent reason and it will claim I’m re entering wrong password. Despite the password being saved into my devices. Full of random glitches, it’s va very poorly built, unreliable app. Thanks!gu
