Scam company

The luup app told me there was a parking space open, made the beep when I parked, even sent a photo to luup and THREE days later we get a text saying we have to pay 30,000 yen for parking in an illegal spot. With NO warning, no nothing! and they ALLOWED us to park there. A message to all, use Lime scooters, LUUP is a total scam and will lure you to fake parking spots to make you pay extra hundreds of dollars so that they can run their company. There was even another person who parked in the same spot as us. Stay away from LUUPs when in Japan, use Lime instead!!

Nul, ne fonctionne pas, préférez Clew

Ne fonctionne pas, vous ne recevez pas de code de validation ou bien après c’est la carte qui ne fonctionnera pas.
(Numéro Français en l’occurrence)
Et service client inutile, inefficace

Bad for travellers

This app requires a mobile number. Ubigi, Simafly ect don’t provide phone numbers. This makes the app useless amd impossible to sign up.

Useless

Make it impossible to quickly go somewhere. Hav to complete 500 questions get them all right in a row and put your passport in. Takes about 40 mins to sort it out. Not cheap massive waste of time and money.

Worst app ever

A rock has designed better apps then this, most time consuming process to set up, not efficient not cheap, wouldn’t recommend to anyone who actually wants to use a scooter or bike
