Great Place
I think the perception of this gym is that it’s for good looking, fit youngsters. Absolutely not. My wife and I are in our 50s and we love it here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it’s set in a wonderful period building, and we’re always made to feel welcome. Our ‘kids’ (in their late teens) are also members and they love it too.

Best gym ever!
Hands down the best gym. The classes are awesome. The staff are absolutely amazing. Luxe is my happy place :)
Friendliest Gym & Great choice of classes
It really is one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to. Between both the city centre and Bedminster there’s a wide selection of classes at good times throughout the day.
Terrible App
App never opens. Have to wait minutes for it to load and sometimes i am just standing outside the gym. My phone isn't that old, iPhone 12.

Rubbish app, always freezing, tightest owners of this company in the gym world.

joined recently, login took a while to set up as i didn’t receive and email and had to talk to 3 different people about it before it was resolved, however they were very helpful and the gym itself is great. good equipment and facilities and going to try some classes!

Connectivity issues
There seems to be a problem with the server which means that I cannot log into the gym app or the website online. This resulted in me standing outside the gym in the cold and dark which would not be ideal if I was a vulnerable person.
Amazing new gym
Great gym, amazing facilities, staff members friendly and helpful, the classes are varied and well run, my new favourite gym!
