Needs improvement

Glad to see that Lyma has come out with an app but it does need a lot of improvement. When you first sign in the app, there is a quiz that asks you what your area of concern is, but you can only select one concern. I selected my neck. Then the app requested me to scan but it only allowed me to scan my face and not my neck. Once scanned the app provided several statistics such as my lines, sagging, pores, redness, etc. for my face (but not my neck) - the results were very informative . For the routine itself the app basically sets up a routine and a time that you can check off, but there are no follow along instructions although it does provide a super quick video for the problem area that you identified. However, there is no way to add another routine for your face - if perhaps you want to do it two times a day. There is also No way to go back and retake the quiz to identify other areas of concern. Additionally there is no link to how to use the app after you’ve gone through the initial set up screens that I could find. Overall, I think this app is a great first start and I’m hoping that Lyma will improve the app. It would be great to have routine videos similar to what’s provided by the ziip halo app. On a positive note I think it will be really interesting to actually track progress month to month using the facial scans to see how the laser is helping to improve my face across time.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed and considered feedback. We're glad to hear you're finding the facial scan results informative and that you can see the potential in tracking your progress over time; that's exactly what we designed it for. We've taken all of your comments on board and will be passing this directly to our development team. The app is still in its early stages and feedback like yours is genuinely invaluable as we continue to improve it. In the meantime, we did want to let you know that while the app does limit laser routines to once per day, you can add additional videos to your routine to explore how to use the device on other areas of concern. Please do reach out to our Concierge team at concierge@lyma.life if you'd like a hand navigating this, or if there's anything else we can help with. We look forward to sharing updates with you as the app evolves.

Doesn’t work

Tried to open so many times, just get a LYMA Home Screen :( disappointed. Deleted and downloaded several times and still same problem.
