The app won’t let me log in
When I first got it, it worked fine, if the lights would go out due to a storm or something I’d have to log back in and it would be no problem. Now unfortunately that has change I can no longer use the app of my RBG’S on my headboard. It tells me to select a community ask’s my region then when it asked how I’m longing in I use my apple account and all it shows is the loading screen. I’ve tried uninstalling app and reinstalling that has not worked. So I can only turn the on and off from the button now. I can’t change color or settings anymore since the app won’t work.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the bad user experience. You can use RGB features in guest mode, and we’ll resolve this bug in the next release.

Works great
Has lots of colours and works great!
I cant even open it
Everytime I open the app it tells me to pick a community. Then after i pick one it takes me to a screen to sign in then immediately kicks me out and takes me back to choosing a community. Literally unusable at this point

Thank you for your feedback. We have identified the cause, which was due to the lack of a network environment. The issue has been fixed in the new version.
