The app won’t let me log in
When I first got it, it worked fine, if the lights would go out due to a storm or something I’d have to log back in and it would be no problem. Now unfortunately that has change I can no longer use the app of my RBG’S on my headboard. It tells me to select a community ask’s my region then when it asked how I’m longing in I use my apple account and all it shows is the loading screen. I’ve tried uninstalling app and reinstalling that has not worked. So I can only turn the on and off from the button now. I can’t change color or settings anymore since the app won’t work.

I cant even open it
Everytime I open the app it tells me to pick a community. Then after i pick one it takes me to a screen to sign in then immediately kicks me out and takes me back to choosing a community. Literally unusable at this point
A nice app
This app helps add more custom lights to my chair and I like how it connects to my chair.

Fix the LEDS on your desks
My thing is glitching out and it keeps going back to green and it won’t change into any other colour, I tried using the remote and it WONT WORK
App doesn’t work
After a week of having the app, the app will not work at all say to click Back, Close, and Restart and the only one that works is Restart, which doesn’t do anything. I like the app but it has not worked in a while.

This app has been very useful to me when i watch videos or play games and i love how you can change the sound to come from one speaker or another
More quality over quantity, please
I don’t want to open this app, face 5 seconds of chair advertisements despite the fact I already purchased a chair, and then have the app default-open to the “community” tab. Life is busy enough as it is, so can I just use this app as a chair light remote; not a niche social media app for GTRACING chair consumers?

GT Player/Racing Treadmill No Full Usage History Tracking
Was thinking because it had an app it would track lifetime stats like steps, calories burned, time, etc. It does not! It only tracks the current and last one. No historical data on the app. Please will update review if you can update the app to add this basic functionality please!

Lynck system
I can’t get the chair and desk top speakers to play together with the Bluetooth transmitter. I have tried so many times I give up I want a refund!
App doesn’t work
I am trying to log in to get my gaming chair to use Bluetooth and change color but I can’t pass the part where it says to put it your email, i press the button to send the verification code and it says unknown error and I can’t do anything to stop it
Haven’t been able to use the app
App requires a verification code but gives me an error code in a language I cant read. If i could do negative stars I would.

Can’t get past the create account screen cause it’s not sending email and giving a Chinese code

The verification code won’t send, and it says “unknown error” on a pop up, but it’s in mandarin for some reason
