DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on anything from Giesemann
The Araura V12 is hands down the worst light fixture I’ve ever purchased. It’s absurdly overpriced for what you get—cheap materials, constant malfunctions, and zero reliability. It’s not even worth half of what they’re charging. Pair that with the LYNK app, which is absolute garbage, and you’ve got a product that doesn’t even function properly. The app is so buggy and unstable it might as well not exist. Trying to control the light through it is infuriating—it crashes constantly, doesn’t sync, and half the features don’t even work.
But what really takes the cake is their customer “support,” or lack thereof. Their team is a complete joke—rude, unhelpful, and completely unresponsive. Good luck trying to get anyone to actually address your problems. After spending hours trying to get in touch, all I got were generic, useless responses that did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. It’s clear they couldn’t care less about their customers once they have your money.
This has been one of the most frustrating, infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Giesemann is a disgrace. Their products are garbage, their app is broken, and their support is non-existent. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company like the plague. They don’t deserve your business.
