App improvement deserves more attention
After a month of use, the app stopped showing me anything at all. No Home Screen, search results, or route ETAS anymore; just an Error message for everything. When it worked though, it was so helpful.
Wish more funding and urgency went towards the improvement of streamlined public transit here.

Not working
This app use to be so convenient and for that past 2 weeks it has not work it don’t show any location of the buses nothing. Sometimes I’m too early or too late to the bus cause I depended on this app so much and now it’s just trash.
No Routes AT ALL
Ever since yesterday and the day before, the app will say ‘No routes available for this service’ when I open the map. And the Routes option has No Routes Found. I can’t use this anymore. I have no clue if the bus came earlier and I just missed it or if it’s late. One bus wasn’t even running as it always had been yesterday and I had no way of seeing/knowing and had to Uber home after waiting for over 50 minutes.

Needs a lot of work
It’s buggy, crashes constantly, but it still gets the job done — when it works at all. For the past month no routes show up at all and so the app is completely useless at this point.
needs MAJOR work
bus times are never accurate. will be waiting 1+ hours for a bus it says is coming in 5 minutes. customer service NEVER responds. feels like the feedback tab is just an electronic paper shredder. don’t think folks even look at the feedbacks. bus drivers suggest the app and then get mad when asked if they know why it isn’t accurate. good idea just executed SO poorly and only getting worse. if you’re disabled/have chronic pain be prepared to wait MUCH longer than the app tells you.

Dissatisfied
This app is having a lot of problems, it does not show the real location of the buses, when you open it to use it it freezes. It should be said that the buses are not running at the time they should, it has become an odyssey to get a bus. I hope it is solved.

Dear developer, there’s a problem with the app. I have a iPhone 7+ plus phone and when I use my data, the app won’t work even though my data is on. When I use the wi-fi, the app works but when I used my data, it doesn’t or won’t work. Please found a way to update the app for my iPhone 7+ plus so the app can work on it, thank you.

New Developer Needed
Today was the first time I used the Lynx bus and tried to access via the app to find out about routes by time schedules. It was a bad experience and that’s putting it nicely.
I’ve had this app download for a while, but never needed to use the bus. Today I tried to find out what time the buses were leaving that I needed (111 from airport to Sand Lake SunRail with a transfer to 18 bus towards Meadow Woods. Every time I tried to open the app to get specific route information it closed right away. The only portion of the app that seem to work tracked where the buses were at any given tim but trying to get information like times that it would arrive, Bus stops or general schedule information, it was almost impossible to do that. I had better luck when I went to the GoLynx webpage to find the information I needed.

Not working
For past month or so the app hasn't even been working. It works maybe twice out of the day and always glitching. Needs to be fixed asap. A lot of people use this to get to work on time or if it's raining we can go to the bus stop when the bus is close instead of waiting out there forever in the rain. Please fix the issue.

This app barely works
For the past TWO WEEKS, I've tried to open it to see where my buses are, in my area they are always inconsistent. Sometimes they are over 30 mins late, other times they’re 15 mins early. I cant even see buses half the time, ill click “See All” just to make sure it isnt just MY buses, no its ALL of them. The app sometimes doesn’t even load up and will kick you out for no reason.

Ridiculous
App crashes, trying to get to work, trying to be able to get their on time, on top of that we pay for the bus fare it’s not like it’s free, and most likely are taxes going into it too. It’s way worse then what it used to be. Making it difficult for people without a car to try to even to make it to work on time. Busses run whenever they feel like it too, usually you don’t know if they came 15 min ago or if you are on time or if you have to wait an hour and a half just to get on a bus. So much technology now a days and can’t even figure how to get this app working. Who do I need to go to and complain so something gets done.

Pointless if it doesn’t work
Please fix this app. It crashes with like 2 to 3 clicks, even before you can even get to check your bus eta! This app can barely work and it defeats the app’s main purpose of checking bus times, something people usually want to know ASAP while they are rushing to the bus. It looks like all the routes being shown at once is definitely making the system crash. For this I suggest having a feature once you open the app, you can select the routes you want to see. This way the app won’t open with all routes showing and overwhelming the system.

It can’t handle the truth!
Too many buses. Period. You’ve got up to seven busses running routes on top of each other. You have too many lines going over the same route. Too many buses operating in the same neighborhood multiplied over several neighborhoods. Too many buses = too many geolocations to track = the app doesn’t want to perform. It freezes up. It doesn’t want to do anything it’s designed to. If you try to zoom in, you freeze there and the app eventually crashes. You try to look up a route in the search field it freezes and crashes. This app can’t handle your inefficient ineptitude to run a public transportation system.
And the idiocy that you can’t study the routes if you’re on here after hours or when the business is closed. That is infuriating. I see people were complaining five years ago about this issue. FIVE years!

Literally doesn’t work anymore
The app has been working fine for the almost 2 years that I’ve been using it then all of a sudden it won’t show me the stock details for the route I need. The information on Google is not always correct so I’ve missed the bus multiple times and had to Uber. Every time I select a sub it’ll say stop details not available. I don’t understand how this could happen as it’s been working perfectly fine.

No tracker what’s up with the app I select a bus it want show the route
It’s convenient, but the tracker been down for to weeks, now I have to guess when the bus might be coming. I miss the tracker.
I can’t see the 426, 26 route
I can’t see route 426, and 26 but the busses are running down n up all day but o still can’t see them and this doesn’t help because I depend on the app to go to school

Trash app doesn’t work. Constantly closes, buses never on time and when busses aren’t running it doesn’t even tell you

To be honest it’s not that bad, I love it even tho it’ll sometimes give me a hard time but majority of the time it satisfies me.
