Poor communication about this app being replaced

Take down app. There is a replacement app! Confusing bc it wouldn’t work, but no message in app to direct me to new app! This would be very confusing for a new user! I had to go to regular website to understand issue and could have missed my bus if the driver wasn’t understanding and let me board while figuring out what was wrong.

Payment methods not working

I used to buy tickets just fine on the app, now it just says that payment methods are simply not working anymore and every time I have to get on the bus I have to pay for the single ride when I could just get the day pass instead, I tried contacting the customer service but it doesn’t let me idk what to do

Waste of time…

Honestly I’ve tried using this app on multiple occasions, because the buses don’t take tap. App doesn’t work keeps leading me to the website which is completely dysfunctional. I was able to log in once and after that it’s never allowed me to purchase a ticket on it again. I’d appreciate if it did work… not everyone carries 2 singular dollars or a 5 in change. Let’s make the bus more functional for others!! Completely un-please with this app.

Was great until it stopped letting me get tickets

I’ve been using this app for years and for the most part it’s been pretty okay but lately it hasn’t even let me buy any passes to ride. Been having to pull out cash for my rides since the app keeps asking me to verify my email though I’ve not received any verification emails, not even when I changed my email. I am very disappointed in how Lynx is as a company over all…. Transport is always late or non existent and scheduling is horrible; having to wait an hour for some buses and often drivers will see you and not even stop or are just plain rude; as well as schedules ending routs before 9pm when many of us that use this system and get off work after 10/11 pm. I am praying 🙏🏼 they step it up for the community because some of us don’t have Uber money or valid licenses so we rely on this system to get us to and from work and it just ends up sticking a broomstick up where the sun don’t shine.

App asking for email verification

Today I can’t buy tickets, it keep asking for email verification, but I can’t verify my email, because they don't even have the option to send verification to my email address . I thought they fixed the app, now new problem comes up, hopefully it’ll be fixed soon
