Frustrating!!

I find your site too hard to follow, one minute I owe over $800 on an invoice, I pay the full amount then find I am over $400 in credit? How does this work! You should be sending the invoice the same day as it is approved, I can submit to the NDIS, which then gets approved within 2 days!!, YES, 2 days, and as soon as that invoice is found, it is paid by ok so pay and sent back to you immediately, however you are taking over 7 to 14 days to pay the workers!! Not good enough, and if you cannot manage the work load, employ more people who can help! Way to slow for my liking and always messing up my invoices - Frustrating is all I can say to that!!
