Doesn’t work at all
Cannot connect
Great speaker horrible app
I bought a bunch of Mackie equipment that I thought I could control with the app on iOS. Well, it doesn’t work at all. What a joke. I would be embarrassed if I worked at Mackie.
Used to work great
I use this with my Thump peakers, and it used to work great! At some point though during the updates, it lost the ability to connect to my speakers, and I will just give a message telling me to make sure I’m connected via Bluetooth to the speakers. I am connected, and the music is playing through the speakers, at the time it’s telling me this. I have tried reloading it, and every other normal mechanism to reset everything, with no results.

iOS 16 v1.2.0 app won’t connect Thump 12BST
Blue tooth connects to speaker and functions. App will not connect. iPhone XR running iOS 16.0.3. Factory reset speakers too and forgot all Bluetooth pairings.
Was working with iPhone 11 not anymore
Had been enjoying being able to control the speaker with my iPhone but latest update seems to not be supported anymore with Mack or thump. Won’t recognize that I am already connected Bluetooth and says can’t find speaker.
Upgraded to iOS 16 couldn’t get a connection to Speaker.
Couldn’t get a connection to the speaker after upgrading to iOS 16 be careful
Class Listen Up
Just purchased received on July 5,2020 Bluetooth worked 1 day sound great now won’t connect problems still sound good In a house
Crashing or disconnecting all the time!! Help!
Music continues to play but the Thump app continues to crash on my iPad and my iPhone! Please help me !crashing happens constantly! Speakers sound great but this can’t happen! Contact me please. ASAP
Also there needs to be an upgrade to fade the balance between the left and right speaker’s! I don’t understand why that wasn’t add to the app design? Please fix these issues and I will be glad to change my review because I do love the speakers!

Drops out finding two speakers
As we know the speakers themselves are great , but trying to use two speakers with the app is always a lottery as having two speakers always confuses the Bluetooth, especially as they’re labelled exactly the same on Bluetooth “My Devices” search. Set them up eventually at home but always fails me at a gigs. Very intermittent. Constantly having to “restore” the speakers and “forget this device” on Bluetooth very embarrassing.

STAY AWAY iPhone X users
The THUMP15BST Are JUNK. No audio connection from the same table no linking to the other speaker, cuts in and out. Brand new out of the box and you can bet they are going bat with a very harsh review on all of our media platforms and social media. 1,000$ is a lot to pay for absolute garbage with absolutely no power at all. They are JUNK. You will be refunding my money. What an absolute Joke.. I will be leaving reviews everywhere including Guitar Center and Amazon and Musicians Friend and in Every DJ club we belong to. I bought your Name. Now it is mud.

Must have app
This app is a must have if you have the thump speakers. Makes controlling every feature and function at your fingertips. The app is easy to use and works perfect! Highly recommend 5+++ stars
Love it! But don’t try this on an iPhone X
Great way to configure your Mackie Thumps and save the configuration for later recall. But it will lock up your iPhone X. It is not made for an Apple device that you swipe up to go to the Home screen. You’ll have to power off and restart an iPhone X to get it functional again.
Great
The speakers are excellent
And the connection great
I recommend it to everyone

Work great BUT...
Speaker works great app works great only thing I’d change is when speakers are paired via Bluetooth the physical input is still local. So if I have my speakers pared and plug a mic it only comes out of the speaker where it’s plugged in. You still have to run a xlr out from the speaker where it’s plugged in making the speakers be daisy chained they aren’t LR at that point.
