Great Idea — Terrible App
I really like this project, and have invested in a couple of courses, but the UI on the app is so buggy it is almost unusable. Please update! I would really like to keep using this.

Impossible to review/change/cancel subscription, once you subscribe there is no way to cancel and they never respond to emails. Don't fall for it.

I was charged for a subscription I deactivated and have been trying repeatedly to contact Macrofit’s support team to request a refund. There is no way to reach a real person, and every attempt to get assistance has been ignored.
If they do not issue an immediate refund, I will proceed with formal legal action, filing a report with Apple and with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. government agency that enforces consumer protection laws. This is not a threat — it’s the next step, because no company should be allowed to charge people without providing any support or accountability.
I strongly advise everyone not to install this app.

My subscription deleted
You guys have deleted my subscription and this is a fraud no customer support given on their app so avoid this
Horrible app, don’t get scammed
This app is very bad, not get scammed but the pics, it doesn’t have custom made workout builder, basically you can’t select certain body part and build a workout plan for it, you can only use the pre made video workouts, imagine you are at the gym in the middle of your workout and having to pause and resume the video all the time, just horrible, also they claim to have 7 days free trial but when I subscribed to check the app, the annual fee was already charged, very bad experience, don’t even try this app, I raised a complain with apple and I’m waiting to see if I can get back my money 😡

I’ve paid the 1 year subscription (99€) and, as of the next day, the app stopped working. I cannot access anything anymore, videos seem to be disappeared. A resolution would be appreciated.

Disappointed with the product and customer service
I purchased the Macrofit app last year under the impression that it offered at-home calisthenics workouts. After purchasing, I quickly discovered that the workouts are heavily dependent on proprietary equipment—not clearly advertised up front. As a result, I never ended up using the app.
What I didn’t realize is that I had actually signed up for a yearly subscription, not a one-time purchase. When I noticed a $59.99 charge this year, I immediately contacted the company to cancel and request a refund. They replied a few days later confirming the cancellation—but completely ignored my request for a refund.
Since then, I’ve followed up twice over the last week and have received no response whatsoever. I’m disappointed and frustrated by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I’m now out $59.99 for an app I never used and can’t recommend this experience to others.
Be cautious before purchasing—especially if you’re expecting an equipment-free fitness solution or any kind of responsive customer support.

The Worst
I mistakenly downloaded this app when Inpurchased a home gym. They have been charging me yearly despite asking them to remove me from their system and deleting the app. It doesn’t show up in subscriptions in iTunes or on my credit card to stop it. Yet every year I get charged. File a complaint or ask credit card company to block the charge. It’s been 2-3 years now. I wish it would end.

A lot of network issues
It’s impossible to enter the number of reps because the submit button is hidden beneath the keyboard when trying to input the reps, and there’s no way to dismiss the keyboard. I reported this issue to support six months ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved.
The recipes aren’t suitable for summer diets, and the Apple Watch app doesn’t work either.

Lifetime membership not carrried
I had subscribed to the lifetime membership and access when the app was called Fit! I reached out to Macrofits team from their support email on website but no response yet. Hoping they can resolve it.
Quality review: I liked the app except for its funky timer which didn’t work if you exited the app but overall had good mix of trainers.
