This app has lost all the functionality it had before, does not have my current bookings and has lost all my previous trips.
I hope it is fixed soon or I will be cancelling my current booking.

Settings
Like the app and have used it in past years. The latest update seems to give distances in kms rather than miles despite the region being UK and measurements set to UK. Haven’t navigated with it yet but if it navigates in kms then I’ll find that really irritating.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you’ve found the app useful in previous years. We understand that unit preferences are important for navigation. We’re working on improving flexibility so users can choose either miles or kilometres, regardless of regional settings.
Poor app
App still does not work. Can’t download my trip. Very frustrating!

Old app was great and much more user friendly than this one

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the new app has not felt as user friendly as the old version. The app has been rebuilt on a new platform to make it faster and easier to improve over time, and we’re actively reviewing feedback to help guide future updates.
New app not great
Newly released app is not picking up the phones regional settings. My phone is set to metrics but app is locked in miles etc.
