This app has lost all the functionality it had before, does not have my current bookings and has lost all my previous trips.
I hope it is fixed soon or I will be cancelling my current booking.

Settings
Like the app and have used it in past years. The latest update seems to give distances in kms rather than miles despite the region being UK and measurements set to UK. Haven’t navigated with it yet but if it navigates in kms then I’ll find that really irritating.
Unit settings dysfunctional on iPhone
The app claims to detect the user’s unit preferences (eg. kms rather than miles) according to device settings, but this isn’t true. My device settings are all metric, but the Macs app remains stubbornly imperial. Pretty lame for a hiking app.
Poor app
App still does not work. Can’t download my trip. Very frustrating!

Old app was great and much more user friendly than this one
Measurement/temperature units?
New update means I can’t change my measurement from US measurements. I’m Canadian, in Ireland, I don’t know why it would ever be in miles or in Fahrenheit. I’ve checked my phone settings and refreshed several times. Kind of hoping this can be resolved ASAP since I’m going on my hike tomorrow?
New app not great
Newly released app is not picking up the phones regional settings. My phone is set to metrics but app is locked in miles etc.
Freezes my phone now
Latest update froze my phone every time I open it. Not going to be able to use it on my trip. Please update app soon! I was great before….
Always frozen
The app is so frustrating. It freezes constantly- even when on wifi. Is completely unreliable- DO NOT rely on it for daily routes. Have a backup gps/route map solution. This is scary.
More choices
I’m on the Camino and the App has been great but it would be nice to have all the routes available for my walk with more details about each one. For example on the Camino Portuguese Coastal I constantly cross the Camino Portuguese Central and the other one that almost always stays on the coast. If I switch up, the map gets angry and starts buzzing, a good thing if your lost. However having the choice to mix the routes would
be a really nice.

Can’t sign in
I cannot sign on my phone due to the “sign in with apple” not working. I tried just using the email and password associated with my apple that I set up the account with, but that didn’t work either.
Excellent app
Macs materials via their app are easy to access and use. Being offline helps due to Wi-Fi or cell not always available.
Great trail markings!
Having never hiked with Mac’s Adventures before, I was a little nervous about the trail markings. The trail was really well marked, and the map on our phone showed exactly where we were! Very easy to follow! Thank you!!

Fantastic Company / Terrible App
We love Macs Adventure, but not their App because it is constantly trying to go online rather than use the documents and maps that have been downloaded. Frustrating! Otherwise a great company.
So slow
It takes forever to download the map of each section. Why can’t you download all of the sections at once instead of having to open each one individually and download it? It seems that the app downloads each section twice: one to open the section and a second time if you want to download it.
Garbage app
This “app” is just 4 buttons that open web pages in your browser.
Offline maps not really offline
The app gives you the option to download offline maps to use where you do not have 4g or 3g. But to open the map you need to go through screens where it needs 4g or 3g so basically you cannot really reach the offline map. I wonder if any of the developers ever used this app on top of the mountain where you need it most.
