So good!

Absolutely love the workouts. I love how all the recipes are on the app as well. It has so many options of so many different workouts for what you want to target. I absolutely love the Pilates workouts. They really allowed me to get used to everything and I love how there’s always beginner oriented videos and no equipment videos. It makes following a lot easier.

Very confusing and overwhelming

For people that do not know what they are doing. This can be a deterrent. Having 200 choices is not necessarily a good thing when you are just trying to learn something. This may be good for seasoned gym goers but at that point why would you need the app.

Game changer

I’d been struggling to maintain a regular workout routine but finally told myself it was my #1 priority—to make working out an integral part of my life. I started with free YouTube MadFit videos. Once I proved to myself I was going to keep going, my reward was getting the app. I had been doing a lot of beginner workouts on YouTube so I decided to go with Phase 2 Strength to follow a workout plan. It’s challenging but I’m gradually getting stronger. The workouts aren’t super long, and I can do them right at home. Most use free weights. I’m really happy and grateful —I’m getting so much more than what I paid for. By this time next year, I’m going to be stronger than I’ve ever been in my life.

Just love this homework app worth every penny

Deceitful and Unprofessional

This site is not only a complete waste of time but makes it impossible to cancel a subscription through the app itself. Upon being completely unsatisfied by the app, I attempted to cancel my subscription but found no button to do so. Instead, it said that my subscription would not be renewed at all. Then, they charged me and would not refund me for their faulty system. This app is deceitful and only cares about capitalizing on women’s insecurities by charging $30 for a “fitness plan.” Don’t waste your time or money on this.
