Buggy and does not work at all anymore
App is trash. Constantly says it can't update info for weeks on end. WEEKS. Have to logout in two different places, kill the app, sometimes even completely uninstall the app, hopefully reinstalling and logging in again works. Sometimes it doesn't and have to keep doing it. For all the money we pay for tickets and garbage fees, the least they can do is provide an app that can do basic functions.

Ticketmaster and MSG ticket accounts don’t stay linked
The account never keeps me logged in. I always have to reenter my passwords despite the fact I haven’t changed them. Please fix this

The App continually freezes and doesn’t update properly. I see games in my account from December. And now the calendar for upcoming games is not worked. Just terrible
Tickets Won’t Transfer
My ticket transfer got stuck in limbo. My daughter hasn’t received the tickets I transferred to her and now I can’t reclaim them. No customer service in the app to assist. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Every time I open the app. It asks me for my location. Very annoying.
Needing a separate login for msg events is idiotic
I have to call the box office so they can unlink the email that’s no longer in use to the email address where the tickets were sent. Asinine and unhelpful.
