Terrible support
There is no contact option, you have to jump through so many loops just to contact them and still i received zero help! They made it so you need the “original device” to log out and i tried contacting them because i literally don’t have the original device and instead of reaching out or anything they have been ghosting me! Many others on reddit also have this issue and it is clear to me that they made this faulty to scam people at this point-

I’m a big fan of the game, and I really wanna see yusa yumeno as a five star maybe with her doppel!! I’d defo buy it she’s my favourite magical girl !! And maybe more doppels I thoroughly enjoy this game and I’d love to see it !!

When i downloading this game , it’s all fine until there’s a board keep popping up and said that my network is error , i clicked cancel then it sent me back to the tilted screen , i keep cancel and doing it at least 5 times each try , it’s so bad that i can’t play the game now 💔
This was genuinely my favorite game on my phone
Madoka magic was always my favorite anime series in this really made the series better. I love the game and I can’t wait to continue playing it.
