Sneaky
My choice to opt-out has been greyed out. Had several devices and wanted to check out the status. No chance in he-doubletoothpicks! Any providers that offer a “VPN” (only works when you need it), is only out for your data. Any VPN on an iOS device leaks data like a blown water pipe in the winter. This can be proven by Get hub just look it up. And this has been going on for quite some time most customers are unaware than on an Apple device. Don’t get a VPN on it. Apple already protects us and then what limited aspect they do.

Garbage
Absolute garbage
lost me as customer
zero ethics... looks like its time to switch to a provider that is less George Orwelly
Intentionally designed to annoy you
Whoever is put in charge doesn’t actually do their job, hence why you never get an update on your request.
Horrendous app
This app is garbage doesn’t work is absolutely useless. Get rid of it or change it up. Nobody wants to use this app that doesn’t work but still want to opt out of some thing that they wanna opt out but they can’t.
TMobile is unethical and corrupt
The process to prevent the selling of my data has been structured for failure. It is convoluted by the numerous rabbit holes you must pass through and perform tricks that have been designed for failure.
What a JOKE TMobile Privacy process is.
It’s almost criminal.

T-MOBILE IS SKETCHY
So I agree with all the other comments about it being super useless and extremely suspicious of T-mobile. All above points are true. It’s useless. Doesn’t show where to even take action. The t-mobile privacy section lists a separate marketing company that also shares your personal data they collect from you, so if you want to opt out of said company then you have to download this ap. It never specifies whether this is true for android or iOS. I’m also iOS so if someone could please elaborate as to where specifically under settings do you go to opt out of this tracking and selling of my information? I would greatly appreciate it. After seeing this is how T-mobile conducts business and marketing, I no longer trust them either. Which is unfortunate because I just joined in May, tired of AT&T for 12 years, but seriously disappointed so far.

How is this legal?
I live in the state of California. Is this not a breach of our multiple privacy laws?
Broken!
I got this after T-Mobile sent me in their privacy settings to download it, and the darned thing is broken. I get a single screen with no menu and only one button “View My Data”, which is grayed out. There’s no other action possible!
They are laughing at us now for sure
The only way to get them to stop selling information about me is to get an app that collects more information about me and tracks me . This is a big joke to the corporations that violate our privacy to make a bigger profit. This is sad .
Useless
IPhone settings can stop the collection of data, so if you have always had an iPhone with limited data tracking on this is useless. I have been with t-mobile for a long time and had an android phone until now. I was hoping to delete past data and I can't even do that. DELETE!
Useless app
Donot download this app, i dont know why T-Mobile would even authenticate this app. T-Mobile nick name- Compromised data
Sneaky
This is a T-mobile app, yet they published it under a different developer.
App doesn’t work
when measures like those to protect ourselves are just there for the for the illusion of security, it seems purposeful like being sent through a revolving door that only leads back out the door. I say we organize on Reddit and begin crashing Fortune 500 servers until they learn to respect our rights. We the people, in all we do, reserve the right to scream, #u€¥ you!

T-Mobile
You don’t need this app to limit ad-tracking. Since we are obviously iOS users, we xan linit ad tracking in settings and there is no need to download extra bloatware from T-Mobile. This app takes a lot of space for it’s use case, and it collects data even when you are sinply trying to opt-out.
Unnecessary Complication
Why a separate app? Why not a single button to opt out in “My Account”?
F T-mobile
Making us download an app to opt out? f. U. T-Mobile.
Waste of space on my phone
Following the instructions on T-Mobile’s website I ended up downloading this app to control how the company uses and distributes my data. Come to find out having an iOS phone allows me to stop the data from getting collected. It’s a waste of space on my phone and it represents a large amount of hubris on the part of T-Mobile simply assuming it’s ok to force me to download apps with no purpose. If anyone from T-Mobile sees this please understand. Space on my phone is a privilege, not some sort of right you think you have. Putting out junk like this is why.

Useless garbage app required by T-Mobilento opt out?!?!?!
What is this useless garbage out?! All I wanted was to be opted out of all T-Mobile advertising. Apparently T-Mobile has a giant advertising structure by which they sell all of our personal information. In going through their mini privacy policies, they insist I must download this app in order to opt out of the magenta marketing platform. But once I do so, it appears that I cannot opt out because of my phone settings. I do not trust T-Mobile and I do not believe they have opted me out. This app is useless.

Doesn’t work
The app seems like it launches but then does nothing and there are not options of taking any action or viewing any information. Useless
