Magic Pantry just got smarter about lists and recipes. • Create and reuse custom categories when an item doesn’t fit a standard aisle • Manage the available categories for each store—add your own, hide categories you don’t use, restore removed categories, or remove all grocery defaults • Items remain safe and are intelligently recategorized when a category is removed • Custom categories sync across shared lists, with frequently used choices appearing first • Recipe previews now better protect unsaved work, and adding ingredients to a list automatically saves the recipe • Recipe importing includes clearer guidance for Pinterest links • Buttons now respond on the first tap even when the keyboard is open • Improved list layouts, dark-mode controls, navigation, and the iOS launch experience • Additional reliability, compatibility, and performance improvements Your existing lists, categories, and workflows continue to work as before.
